This hotel is perfectly placed. A little too many guests for me but that is nothing against the hotel and the facilities. I loved that the kids pool was completely separate. The food was wonderful and the staff from breakfast bar and pool and beach side drinks were wonderful. My only disappointment was that they need to clean the beach area. Way too plastics and rubbish for my liking. You can rent bike cheap for a couple of hours. I also loved that they had live music every night.

A home Away From Home This is my 4th year staying at this hotel, and every time I return, it truly feels like coming home. The hotel is in an amazing location right on Sanur Beach, with beautiful views and a wonderful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer exceptional value for the money. What makes this place truly special, however, is the people. The warmth, kindness, and genuine care shown by the staff make every stay memorable. A special thank you to Bagus Kurniawan , Nadya Meriska, Mr. Antara, Ni Kadek Dewi Idayanti , and Ms.Anna ( sorry don't know her full name ) for their caring nature, hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and they always go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Their dedication and genuine warmth are a big reason why I keep coming back year after year. I would also like to give a special thank you to my new friends in training, Herlina Wati and I Made Rudana as well as the other trainees whose names I may not know( apologies for that ) but who were always there for us with kindness and a smile. Even in a short time, they made a lasting impression with their positive attitude, willingness to help, and genuine care for guests. Thank you all for making me feel at home and for creating memories I will always cherish. I hope to see many of you again next year.

On arrival of ten off us we asked for more water for the room with the baby and were told go to the supermarket breakfast was everyday the same and not exiting in addition after we left we wrote a msg regarding lost property online and more then two weeks later we didn’t receive answer , very disappointing

Perfect staycation

I loved everything about my stay at Prama Sanur. From the spacious room and the super cold air conditioning (which is very important to me!), to the hotel facilities, especially the large kids’ pools. I also really enjoyed the beachfront location. And above all, I absolutely loved the vibe of the Sanur area. Def will come back

Magnificent lush gardens and Hotel grounds with ample choice of restaurants & shops in Resort as well as just a stroll away.Suitable for the entire family from kids to grandpa... Just 20 minutes from the International airport. There is so much activity and things to do in lovely Sanur, the preferred address in Bali.
