Excellent staff and service, beautiful resort

Service and friendliness from all staff was excellent. Atmosphere was very romantic and chilled which is what we like. Food was exceptional! We stayed in artist Village and the Villa was immaculate and beautiful crafted. The outdoor shower and bathroom was something to get used to but it was all part of the experience. We loved it and would definitely come back :)

We are really pleased to stay in Pramana Watu Kurung. Breakfast was good. Staff tries to help a lot. They always smile. Staff member Adi helped us a lot. Everything was excellent.

The experience is absolutely perfect. The food is nice, the people are very friendly and the spa is amazing. We would definitely come back! They offer a free yoga class (which was very special). Every detail is thought through. We even got a welcome bracelet and were thought about the Balinese culture. Thank you so much for everything!
