Prime Hotel

Rooms are good clean and well maintained The elevator was little noisy. Front desk staff are ver polite. Budget friendly hotel . Near by restaurant are available .well maintained rooms . Housekeeping staff are very nice and helpful. Morning shift receptionist is very kind and helpful

Full of insect everywhere,damp on bath,very dirty,they didn't change bedding after last guests.I requested few times they told me typical for arabian comunity OK,OK and...nothing.I slept all 10 nights on dirty bedding.The worst as I said...full of lices and cockroaches.Few times I had no hot water.Reception staff and room service staff lazy and very unfriendly but of course asked about tips, but no chance.Only two small advantages:Price 250ł (10 nights) and 3-5 minutes walk to Banyas Square Metro Station but still no worth sleep with insects.

Booked this hotel from Agoda website. Location is around 5 minutes away from Baniyas Metro Station (Green Line) and the hotel is situated and surrounded by small quick bite shops, cafeteria, and restaurants. The guy on the reception upon our check-in doesn't know how to greet guests and didn't even smile. We received a service as if we book for FREE. The room assigned to us was clean and organize. Towels are of extra fee. Shampoo and bath soap is free. No complimentary water though there are drinking glass ready. Shower area is too small and the shower head is not of good condition. There is only one channel available on their cable tv. And room lighting is too dark.

We booked our stay with Prime Hotel via booking.com. The sewage broke during our stay and we had to get our things to our hotel room and we had to walk all over sewage water. The wheels of our luggage and our slippers were covered in sewage water. The worst part is, they will not allow us to check out! When we complained to booking.com, they agreed to give us a refund. But now, they are claiming that they did not spoke to booking.com and will not issue a refund. This hotel is a nightmare. Stay. Away. From. It.

It is my first time to stay in this hotel. After settle all down at the reception. I'm going to my room to take a little nap. After that I'm planning to go out and once I go out from the room, SMELL so worst and very very bad till 00:53AM. I couldn't sleep enough, called reception says will be finish within 20 minutes buy it was from 9PM till 00: 54. No response and no one care in this hotel. For my suggestion don not try if you looking for good stay!!
