The grounds are well maintained with an outdoor movie screen for family movies each night. Food is of a good standard with something for everyone. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. Rooms adjacent to Melasti Road can be noisy for most the day and night. up to 3AM The rooms look tired, cabinetry drawers sagging, black gaffa tape frame around mirror to hide peeling, walls, a bland cream of several shades and bubbling plaster. Wooden floor varnish well worn. The pillows were way too soft for us. This is a return visit from 2018 and we did enjoy our stay. However, some refreshing of rooms is required sooner than later.

Location is good for us as couple. We can go shopping near the hotel. Good weather as well. Room is very good and comfortable. The food also nice and the service from the staff is amazing. We would come back here next time with family. Thank you all the staff

The staff at the Pullman Legian are fantastic, nothing seems to be too much of an effort. Ayu and the team in the restaurant are especially courteous and helpful. Their smiles continue to brighten our days. This resort is well worth checking out 👍

Beautiful resort, great buffet breakfast and staff Arya and Citra did a fabulous job with making checkin easy and our stay absolutely perfect. I highly reccomended to stay here. The ocean view and fireworks from our balcony was amazing. Were going to miss Bali! We will be back again.

The service was amazing. Since we arrived, Gus Mang was very attentive. Overall great facilites. 24 hours gym with enough machines. There was kids club and clinic inside. room was spacious and we were upgraded to suites. It has separate living room
