Always A Pleasure Staying Here

We’ve stayed at the Pullman in Deira often and are always welcomed with warm open arms. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. And it’s convenient to have a kitchen, and washing machine/dryer in the apartment. The location is great, as it is connected to the mall, and is not far from the airport. But I would say that the highlight of the stay were the staff members. They are incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. Trunti, Kelvin, and Shadab were the most helpful, and we are very thankful for their assistance and service.

🚨 Dirty Curtains 👎🚨

I had a disappointing experience. The receptionist was unprofessional , making check-in a frustrating ordeal. The room itself felt outdated, with tired decor that desperately needs a refresh. Worst of all, the curtains were covered in stains, which made the space feel unclean and neglected. Overall, it fell far short of expectations for a Pullman property—would not recommend until they improve staff training and update the rooms.

The hotel is well located - near the airport, exit to two main highways along the city, near the metro station, exit from the hotel directly to the shopping center. Very large room with two rooms and a kitchen. However, there are also significant disadvantages: - thin windows and very noisy outside even at night - hard mattress - the room was stuffy, the air conditioner did not regulate the temperature - access to the restaurant through the underground parking - you need to stand in line waiting for a table for breakfast - the breakfast itself is not impressive. The choice of dishes is not large with average quality and a long wait.
