Returning with a friend to find Brett, Pong and Albert still doing what they do best, quality service, good food. Restaurant renovations in progress did not impact too much, other than a few extra steps to negotiate going to dining. The pool bars happy hour is good though a little disappointed that the food stops early afternoon so late lunch or early eats not available, guests were asking for food. Buggy service is good for children and people with walking difficulties or those wishing to go to the entrance for a walk along the beach strip and shopping. Well looked after by Pong and young Pupay in the restaurant, a willing and enthusiastic worker. plan to return soon.

Date of stay: 27–29 June 2025 Room type: Deluxe Room (upgraded to Ocean Grand Room) Membership status: Accor Platinum I visited Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach during the rainy season in June, which also happens to be my birthday month. I came without any expectations — no special requests, nothing at all. But what I received was far beyond anything I imagined. 🌟 A Beautiful Birthday Surprise Upon entering the room, I was stunned. The staff had beautifully decorated the room with balloons and birthday cake — even a bottle of chilled Moët. I didn’t ask for any of this, but their effort and attention to detail truly warmed my heart. It was one of the most thoughtful gestures I’ve received at a hotel. 🛌 Room & Facilities As a Platinum member, I was upgraded from a Deluxe Room to the Ocean Grand Room (55 sqm). The room was spotless, well-maintained, and felt fresh. Housekeeping did a fantastic job — everything was in perfect working order. The turndown service was also a lovely touch, with curtains drawn and sweet treats placed on the nightstand. 🌊 Location & Beach Access The hotel is nestled right above Naithon Beach. You can walk from the pool area, cross a small bridge, and access the beach using your room key. Just note that during the monsoon season, waves can be rough — swim with care. 🍳 Dining Experience Breakfast was served at ADA Restaurant (since Elements is under renovation) but still featured an excellent, wide-ranging buffet. Highlights included rotating local dishes — biryani, Thai curry noodles, roast duck noodles, and more. If you’re staying for multiple days, I recommend trying a different breakfast theme each day to keep things exciting! As an Accor Plus member, I received 50% off meals for two — great value! I also dined at VERO, their Italian restaurant. The pizza and steak were top-tier — on par with fine steakhouses. The staff there were exceptional in explaining the menu and making recommendations. 🍸 Bars & Perks Welcome drinks for two (via app) — redeemable at C Bar or Pool Bar Buy 1 Get 1 Free Happy Hour (16:00–18:00) Afternoon tea at C Bar for THB 750 — beautifully presented and generous Fitness center with sea views, plus a secondary pool and M Bar with stunning sunset views 🏅 Platinum Benefits Received Early check-in Late check-out Room upgrade 5 pieces of complimentary laundry Breakfast with champagne Note: There is no Platinum lounge at this property, but the benefits and service more than make up for it. 👏 Service & Staff What stood out most was the genuine warmth from the staff. From Front Office to F&B, everyone was proactive, kind, and attentive. Special thanks to Khun Pong for consistently checking in with a smile. Also, a lovely surprise on my last day — I ran into Khun Pinky, who recently transferred here from Novotel Kamala. She’s one of the best when it comes to member service! Final Thoughts This stay reminded me why Pullman Arcadia Naithon is one of the best Accor properties in Thailand. If you’re looking to redeem a Stay Plus night or free night in Phuket, especially during low season, this is the place. Room rates are lower, flights are affordable, and the personalized service shines. Highly recommended for both relaxing holidays and special occasions 💙

Return to this resort for a 4 day beach getaway: we booked the Grand Ocean deluxe room which was worth it (room 1803 and 1802 - our son got an upgrade from the hotel). Love being close to the sea, 1803 had a nice view over the sea and left towards Naithon Beach. Spacious room in light and grey colors with a large balcony. Resort has a great location close to the airport, next to Naithon Beach with some local shops, massage and restaurants as well as surf options. Resort also has a nice feel with 2 pools of which one is for adults only, beautiful located Italian restaurant, brilliantly good spa (my Swedish massage was awesome and my therapist got rid of a lot of tension) Bar has a nice selection of mocktails as well. Hotel looks after the vibe as well and towels thrown on beach loungers early morning to reserve your space are removed, signs are up not to overload your plates during breakfast buffet to avoid food waste. Their main breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant was closed for renovation and we received a 'warning' upfront about the closure and noise levels at the pool closest to the beach. Only on our first day it was kind of loud drilling noise and afterwards it was ok. I think we might be back in autumn as this was a super relaxed beach break. Got to recommend all the staff as well, they are all super-friendly and attentive

My partner and I stay at the Pullman Arcadia in Phuket from June 22nd to 28th, 2025, and it was a truly memorable experience. The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful event from the moment we arrived. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Special thank you to the incredible Yosi, from the first time you picked us up at the airport until our last day where you provided a list of places throughout Phuket for us to visit, you truly make this a holiday to remember. We stayed at the Ocean View room. As the name suggests, it offered an absolutely gorgeous ocean view, which was a joy to wake up to every morning. But not only the hotel is located near the beautiful Naithon Beach, it is also surrounded by lush greenery which felt incredibly peaceful and provided a wonderful escape from daily city life. The dining experience is superb. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a great start to our day, and the restaurant had a fantastic selection of food. For dinner, you should try the Thai Selection Set Menu at the ADA restaurant, they are wonderful. Or if you'd like to have some Italian, you could head to the Vero. Pro tip tho, you should book first to have the best seat to enjoy the sunset with your dinner. However overwhelmingly positive our experience was, there were a couple of minor points for consideration. The room is spacious and comfortable, but it felt a little dated, especially compared to newer hotels. Additionally a bit more variation in the offerings of the breakfast throughout the week would be a welcome enhancement, e.g. offering young coconut felt especially needed. On our last day, the staff left us with a goodbye message in our room, a particularly lovely highlight. And in the morning on our last breakfast, the staff of ADA also give us a parting gift with well wishes. These personal touch truly made us feel valued. If you're looking for a peaceful location with superb service and excellent food, you should try spending your vacation at the Pullman Arcadia. We would highly recommend it to any traveller seeking a relaxing getaway in Phuket, be it solo, couples or family with children.

Our first visit to Naithon Beach but won’t be our last. The hotel is fabulous and the location is perfect. The beach is beautiful and the water was accessible and clean. Restaurants at the hotel provide plenty of choice and quality and there are some local restaurants within walking distance.
