14 -18 June - Villa #2008 Firstly we were very grateful to Nat, Eric , Aun & Pumpui for their warm hospitality, attentiveness and thoughtfulness! Thank you! Upon arrival, my elderly father felt dizzy and nauseous. Front officer -Nat & Eric did their best to make him comfortable. However, upon checked- in at already 3pm, 4 of our rooms were still not ready! 2 rooms were ready at 4+pm and last 2 rooms were only ready at 5.30pm!!! My father is an Accor Diamond member & we were surprised that his room wasn't even ready! Moreover, we gave our estimated arrival time during pre-checked in. To make it up, Nat offered us some tea and snacks. At breakfast, Aun & Pumpui were very attentive. Once when my father didn't feel well enough to have breakfast, Pum asked about him and kindly packed a few slices of bread for him. Breakfast spread was great and all staff were very friendly and warm! Hotel facilities and amenities were fantastic! The beach was clean and private. & the beach staff were also very friendly and helpful! Lastly, upon checking-out on 18/6, another hiccup!! My brother extended his stay till 22/6 and my father made full payment for that room. However on 22/6, payment was asked from my brother even after he told them that all had been paid. They still swiped his credit card and meanwhile, it caused some confusion amongst us. We checked the receipt again and confirmed it was paid. Then front office staff told my brother they would void it !! Communication and follow-up amongst staff should be improved. Overall, our checking in and out were unpleasant experiences but in between our stay , we enjoyed the hotel facilities and our 11pax family had a great bonding time together!
