A Fantastic Family Stay

As soon as we arrived at the Pullman Panwa Beach Resort we were greeted to a very warm welcome from Julian, he knew who we were and our other family and was extremely attentive. Julian is a true asset to the team as is other team members like Anton, Mickey, Pia and Nanny who were all brilliant and very happy to help in any way possible. We've stayed at a lot of hotels and the service these folks provide is hard to beat. The gym was great, the pools and beach very clean with kayaks and paddle boards to use. The food was fantastic, the breakfast being a real stand-out. Plenty of space, staff to help and options to enjoy the resort. Well done Julian and the entire team, we'll be back with more friends and family next year.

ถ้าจะถามว่า พูลแมน ภูเก็ต พันวา บีช รีสอร์ท น่าพักต่างจากที่อื่นตรงไหน ความสวยงาม ความสะอาด ของสถานที่ ห้องพัก, สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ  เรื่องพวกนี้ เป็นมาตรฐานของโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาว อยู่แล้ว แต่สิ่งที่ทำให้ พูลแมน พันวา แตกต่างจากโรงแรมอื่นๆ ในระดับเดียวกัน คือ บรรยากาศภายในโรงแรม ที่เปี่ยมไปด้วยความเป็นมิตร ความมีอัธยาศัยของพนักงานภายในโรงแรมทุกๆส่วน (แอบยกเว้นส่วน จนท.รักษาความปลอดภัย ออกจากเงื่อนไขนี้นะครับ) โดยเฉพาะ ทีมต้อนรับ ที่น่ารัก อบอุ่นทั้งทีม นำโดย คุณ Mickey, คุณ Nat, คุณ Julian ให้คำแนะนำ และบริการอย่างจริงใจ ส่วนตัว จะมีข้อด้อยด้านอาหาร ที่เชฟไม่มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในรายการอาหารเท่าไหร่ รายการอาหารเช้า เป็นรายการอาหารที่พบได้ในโรงแรมระดับ 2-3 ดาว ทั่วๆไป ไม่สร้างเอกล้กษณ์เฉพาะ เช่น มีรายการอาหารประจำถิ่น เป็นซุ้มประจำ หมุนเวียนอาหารไป และลดความเด่นในความจัดจ้านรสชาติอาหารไทยจนเกินไป จนหมดคำว่า อาหารไทย What makes Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort stand out from other hotels? The beauty and cleanliness of the premises, guest rooms, and various facilities are, of course, standard for a 5stars hotel. However, what truly sets Pullman Panwa apart from other hotels in the same category is the overall friendly atmosphere within the hotel and the genuine hospitality of the staff in every department (with the exception of the security personnel). Especially the lovely and welcomer team, lead by Mickey, Nat, and Julian, who provide sincere advice and service. On a personal note, the food is a weakness. The chef lacks creativity in the menu offerings. The breakfast items are typical of what you'd find in 2-3 star hotels, without any unique identity, such as a dedicated station for rotating local dishes. Furthermore, the authentic spiciness and bold flavors of Thai food are toned down too much, to the point where it hardly tastes like true Thai cuisine anymore.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman. It has a wonderful kids club with Noon, ZJ and Leera. My daughters loved the arts and crafts and many other activities there. The hotel itself has a very relaxing beachfront that is swimmable at mid and high tide. At low tide you can go for marine walks. Rooms are large, clean and comfy. Breakfast buffet was nice too. More than enough options.

Fantastic family holiday

Excellent location with everything close by. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay – special shout out to Anton, Aey, and the entire team for making us feel so welcome. The kids pool was a real highlight for our family and a daily favourite. There’s plenty to see and do in the area, but for us, relaxing poolside was top priority. Definitely worth a visit.
