Friendly staff, great location

I loved my stay here. Great location, it was close to the beach and shops. The staff are lovely and very friendly. Breakfast had a great selection. The resort offers room service. Loved the pool and swim up bar. The rooms are spacious, but the beds are very hard!

Bad experience

I have had ants in my room for a long time and they are everywhere, in the bathroom, on the wall, in my clothes, IN MY BED. They ruined my clothes and the hotel just keeps sending housekeeping to change the linen. I also have Gekko and many other insects in my room. Bathroom also has a smell that won't go away. The hotel dosent do anything about it except sending housekeeping to "fix" it but they never do. The personal is very nice but they don't fix the problems guest has and dosent take a problem seriously enough.

WiFi didn’t work, tv hardly worked, door jammed 5 times before we finally got it fixed, 120 Norwegian students staying there and took up all the chairs at pool!! They bought nothing from resort had it all bought in!! Restaurant food crap! No one ate there On the good side pool was awesome and staff beyond helpful. Rated 4 star would rate 3 and good for a cheap Bali visit

Absolute false advertising! The rooms are a disgrace. Mirrors left uncleaned, mould growing everywhere, insect nests on bathroom bench, showers not cleaned, floor drains covered up to try and stop smells coming though (it didn’t work) and the list goes on…black mould, smelt musty and dirty, filthy old towels…. Breakfast well below average. All Bain marees turned off and food cold, bread mouldy, flies sitting all over fruit platters, asked for some crispy bacon so they put the bacon that was in the bench cold into the microwave. Ladies cooking eggs were super rude when asked to cook eggs a bit more. Pool was so disgustingly dirty and mould infested that we did not swim in it. This place was not cheap either. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here.
