Radisson Blu did not disappoint!

I was hesitant to stay at a non-beachfront property in Aruba, but as soon as we arrived, all my hesitations melted away. Every staff member we interacted with were sooo friendly and helpful—Santos showed us to our beautiful room and gave us the grand tour of all the amenities our room offered. Each time we ran into him at the hotel or at the beach area, he had a smile for us. Peter at the front door was also super polite and informative. Amazing customer service really put this place over the top. The room itself was a suite, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Which was amazing to have because my son had his own bedroom and bathroom. The place was CLEAN. I’m super picky when it comes to cleanliness and I was so happy with how clean and fresh-smelling this entire property is. The pools were great. The coffee place THE CLOVER was amazing. AND, most importantly, the walk to the beach was under 5 minutes. We didn’t even take the shuttle. They have a section of beach by Moomba Beach bar for Radisson Blu guests. They set up your chair and umbrella and you are enjoying the beautiful Aruba water just as quickly as if you were staying on the beach. It really wasn’t far or inconvenient at all. I would absolutely stay here again. And another bonus was that my other favorite coffee shop was right across the street. Also named Santos but no relation to the staff member of the same name. lol. Looking forward to coming back to Aruba for my 9th visit and staying at the Radisson Blu again!

Loved this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and my room (which included a kitchenette) was large and clean! Very close to many restaurants and boutiques, a 5 minute walk to the beach! Infinity pool was gorgeous!

Not worth it!

Here now, for 10 days, additional family arriving on Tuesday 12 of us in total. Refrigerator not working. Staff has been "Talking to supervisor" for 2 days. Everything purchase from superfood in the garbage. Property is nice visually but if you have an issue it will not be resolved. We have resorted to a cooler we rented and an ice machine. Over 6K for us and an additional 12K for family on the way....never again!
