Amazing Service at Raddison

Amazing service from when we arrived to when we left. They helped us with any questions and the room we stayed at was gorgeous! The main pool is big and the daybeds are perfect for tanning, and alongside the beach area where the sun-beds are all reserved for people staying at the hotel. The breakfast had a massive selection, and the town is a 1 minute walk from the hotel if you want to buy souvenirs or buy food! Would definitely recommend coming here if you want relaxation.

Great location 2 min walk from the beach. Lovely pools with rooms leading on to pools. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating as was management. Leisure facilities are good. Rooms are clean and tidy and well air conditioned. Food service is quick and of high quality. Hotel has a relaxed atmosphere. Really good stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu Zaffron Resort in Santorini! The entire property had such a great vibe, and the staff was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was perfect, with everything we needed close by. And the cocktails? Absolutely delicious. Honestly, the cocktails deserve a second mention! Everything about our stay felt relaxing, stylish, and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

Relaxed holiday, beautiful surroundings, impeccable service

We spent ten days here, 2 x adults and 2 x teenagers, in 2 villas with private pools. Highlights: Friendly and very efficient staff - they show a high level of care to make sure you have a great holiday. They are just the right level of friendly and attentive. Beautiful decor throughout and the rooms have been thoughtfully designed with a calming typically Grecian colour scheme, and high quality bedding, towels, toiletries. The villas are across two floors which we hadn't realised so we each had our own bathrooms, each with great storage for toiletries, which makes a pleasant change. One tweak I would suggest would be extra consideration for make up lighting in the bathrooms. We never had a problem getting loungers, there was a reasonably steady rate of people entering and vacating the pool area so we were always able to get loungers. The loungers are fantastic - luxurious and comfortable. Pool(s) are great and always feel exclusive, never over crowded. Food in the Zaffron restaurant is of a high standard, whether it be be breakfast, lunch or dinner. Definite advantage being full board with the option of lunch at your lounger. Food is good quality and presented to a high standard. Location is a 2 minute walk to the main promenade at Kamari, full of shops, bars and restaurants. The contrast between the buzz of the promenade and the tranquility of the hotel is such a pleasure. We hired a sailing boat for a sunset cruise via Chara, the ever helpful concierge, and this was a real highlight of the trip and highly recommended. The difference between paying for 4 on a semi private catamaran and a fully private sailing boat was not massive and it made the experience very special, including a meal and drinks on board. Best way to see the beautiful island. Another highlight - the outdoor cinema at Kamari, very atmospheric and unique experience. Thanks to all the staff who made the difference between a great holiday and a fantastic holiday! There are too many staff to name but Lydia in the Zaffron restaurant was a credit to the hotel and looked after us so well. The reception team also, provided consistently great service. A local Cat had recently given birth to kittens a couple of weeks prior to our arrival and this obviously was a highlight of the holiday too. Seeing the staff care for the mother and her young was gorgeous. Hard recommend for this hotel!
