spotless, beautifully decorated, welcoming staff

I had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel, Dubai for 7 days, and everything was absolutely excellent. The hotel was spotless, and every corner reflected attention to detail. The corridors were immaculate, the interiors beautifully designed, and the decorations perfectly suited the season, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive, making me feel like part of a family. Special thanks to Smriti, Windy, Preet, Rahul (the managers), and Athsham for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. Forgive me if I missed anyone — every staff member contributed to an unforgettable stay! Whenever I return to Dubai, I will definitely choose to stay here again and will enthusiastically recommend this wonderful hotel to my family and friends.

Excellent stay in difficult circumstances

I was stuck in Dubai for almost a week due to the onset of the war like situation on my way from Mumbai to San Francisco. Emirates arranged for my stay at Radisson. Couldn't have asked for a better and more comfortable stay. The personnel, particularly Smriti Karki, were exceptionally kind and helpful. And helped us tide over a difficult situation with great professionalism and courtesy.
