I booked a package that included bed and breakfast, and later added lunch through the app. Upon arrival, I was informed that the buffet was unavailable, which was understandable. However, the restaurant also did not offer the set menu, which was disappointing. As a result, we had to pay separately and ended up having lunch at the rooftop bar. One of the most unpleasant experiences was when the housekeeper knocked and immediately entered the room without waiting for a response — a clear violation of privacy. The lady reception staff member was not as welcoming or friendly compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, which impacted the overall impression. On a positive note, the room had a beautiful sea view, although it also included part of the city. The rooftop offered a lovely view as well and was a nice place to relax. Overall, while the location and views were great, the service and hospitality fell short of expectations.
