THIS CAN’T GET WORST THAN THIS. I stayed with my wife from 3rd to the 5th May 2025. The misery started right from the check-in. I checked if there is any welcome drink available? The answer was, “yes, but our staff is busy and will take time”. Now that check-in procedure was through, we had to wait for the bell boy since we were on a holiday and had quite an amount of luggage with us. Reason for delay, same copy paste, “our staff is busy and will take time”. The beauty is, we were the only one at the counter joined by the other family that entered in a while. When I mentioned that the basic courtesies are missing considering it’s a Radisson property, the male receptionist had an audacity to say, “No it’s not a Radisson Property, we just use that name. This was appalling. If so, then they must not mislead customers on the false pretext of being a Radisson Property since they use the same signature Radisson font and logo. We go to the room. The property fatigue and a low upkeep is very evident. We were swarmed by the mosquitoes. We called reception and there was a prompt response. A person came with spray and repellent device, Good. We found that there were only two 500ml water bottles, only two tea sachets and only two milk and sugar sachets. I checked at the reception about water, and the answer was very derogative. So I left it at that. Post this, we went out and purchased all that was required for three night’s stay. Mind you, practically every guest went out to buy things for themselves from open market since there is no positive response from anyone at the hotel. The same night, we went to the restaurant to order food. We ordered simple Indian food after confirming that it is available. It was so disgusting that, no food was served even after waiting for an hour. Again, there were hardly 2 to 3 more tables occupied by guests and practically the restaurant was considerably empty. When checked with the waitress, she said, it might take another 15-20 minutes. Excuse me! 🤔 Now it was too late to react. However, we walked out without food and went out to eat at a very mediocre joint outside. The worst was yet time on the check-out day. The previous night (5th May), I informed at the reception to, Vincent that, I will check-out around 5.30 am. He assured everything will be in place. The following morning around 4.30 am, the power went off in the entire hotel. Tried using internal phone, it won’t work. And it was pouring like no body’s business. I walked to the reception and asked Vincent to help since It’s pitch dark. He said, he can not do anything since the power failure is from outside. Okay, I understand that. I checked if there is any emergency light? The answer is, I am sorry Sir we don’t have one. I checked, do you have any candle? The answer is, I am sorry Sir we don’t have one🤔 Since it was getting too much to handle and I had to check-out at 5.30 am, I walked back to the room to get ready. And requested Vincent to help with my luggage in 10 minutes time, which he did. Thank you! All and all, the staff is very hostile and not helpful at all. The worst part is, there are no managers seen anywhere. Since their uniform pattern is a little different, May be, there were couple of ladies who were seniors. I could gauge that by their body language and interaction pattern with staff. These ladies don’t even look at you forget about wishing you and acknowledging you. THE MANAGEMENT IS WORST. THE STAFF ATTITUDE AND APPROACH IS WORST. ZERO VALUE FOR MONEY Please visit this, Radisson but Not a Radisson Hotel only if you want to ruin your holiday. Please do not expect anything from the Hotel for they do not know what is Hospitality while they are part of Hospitality Industry. PLEASE HIRE PROFESSIONALS IF YOU WANT TO SURVIVE.🙏 Rooms: 2/5 | Service: 1/5 | Location: 2/5 Rooms Need serious Repairs & Maintanence. Things are totally worn out. Nearby activities No activities except for the pool and pool table. Nobody is bothered to give you an orientation if at all there are any facilities available for guests. Safety Huge concern. Imagine, there is No Power in the hotel with no backup facilities and to make it worst, No support from the management. Food and drinks There is No supervision anywhere. Everything is left to chances with no senior interventions Noteworthy details It looks like, that, this must have been a good hotel earlier because the design, layout and infrastructure is good.
