Great for both families and female-solo travelers

The trip supposed to be a family but due to unexpected circumstances it was became solo female trip. Everything was great. Stayed from April 11–17, 2025 Honestly, it was so much better than what I expected after reading some mixed reviews. The room was super spacious, clean, and had everything I needed e.g. iron, slippers, hair dryer etc. all the little things that make a stay more comfortable☺️ The staff were amazing very quick and helpful every time I asked for something. What really blew me away was how great the activities for kids were. The hotel really goes all out for families, which was such a pleasant surprise. Yes, the hotel might not look as new as some others nearby like Novotel or Merlin, but it’s still in great condition. It didn’t feel old at all, and definitely no ghost stories here! Some people mentioned noise, but in my experience, it was just the usual sounds of kids running around and closing doors nothing that bothered me during my staying. The pool is absolutely beautiful, both during the day and at night. Honestly, for the price I paid, the service and experience were totally worth it. Also, I have to give a special thanks to Bee she was so kind and friendly! At first, I was a bit worried that being Thai might mean I’d get treated differently compared to international tourists, but that was absolutely not the case. Some of the staff might look a bit serious kind of like that typical southern Thai stern face 😂 but in reality, they were all hardworking and really kind once you get to talk to them.

Not happy with my stay at Radisson, Phuket

It was really very bad experience, my room was not ready even when I checked in late. Room AC was not working even after complaining. Food was not at all upto the mark. Room cleaning was not done properly even garbage bag was forgotten in the room. Staff behaviour also not supportive and friendly. Ultimately not satisfied with my stay in this property.
