Magical Experience!!!

My daughter and I had been looking into taking a trip together with Bali being always been on the top of our list. This would be our first time in Bali, so through a lot of research, we decided on Raffles Bali based on their stellar reviews. And we have to say, we are SO happy we did! Starting from the incredible environment of the resort to the amazing space of the villa, the week we spent at Raffles was a magical experience. Krishna and the incredible team at the resort were amazing with communication and made us feel so well taken care of. We were always met with incredibly warm service which we appreciated so much. Given that the resort has less amount of villas than other huge resorts, we really enjoyed a peaceful and restful time throughout our trip. Also the food at each restaurant throughout the resort is amazing as well, we did not go out to eat at all the whole week we stayed there! We can’t say enough good things about this resort, and look forward to the next time we will be coming back. We highly recommend this place!

Raffles Bali exceeds everything by far! Every detail is perfect and the atmosphere is outstanding. The staff is really incredible and every single one is so friendly and professional. Huge respect and appreciation for all the unforgettable moments you have given to us. Our 470sqm villa with private pool and ocean views was spectacular. Butler available via WhatsApp - incredible service! The food & beverage in all restaurants are world-class, Peaceful location on 23 hectares, only 20 min from airport. Spa excellent, infinity pool amazing. We definitely will coming back 🥰 Matur Suksma 🙏🏻

Perfection in Every Detail – A Stay to Remember at Raffles Bali

We recently stayed at Raffles Bali, and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Even though our flight was delayed and we arrived late in the evening, someone from the hotel met us right after passport control and guided us to the driver. When we finally got to the hotel, the staff welcomed us warmly, and we were still able to have dinner at Rumari – and it was absolutely fantastic. The food and service were both outstanding, especially considering how late it was. Our villa was already prepared when we arrived – including the extra bed we had requested in advance. The villa was spacious and beautifully furnished, and the private pool with ocean view made it feel incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We felt completely at ease there from the first moment. Breakfast every day was something we genuinely looked forward to. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the setting was quiet and elegant. The service was friendly and professional, without being too much. On our second evening, we had dinner at Loloan Beach Bar & Grill. The food there was also excellent, and sitting right by the beach made the whole evening even more special. We’re especially thankful to our butler Yudi, who took such great care of us during the entire stay. He even drove us personally to our next hotel, which was really above and beyond. Everyone we met at the hotel was friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. That made a huge difference. We will definitely return – our next stay is already being planned.

Unforgettable memory in Bali

Raffles is the hotel where my fiancé chose to propose to me, and it’s a decision we will never regret, and we had a wonderful time there. The best thing is the friendly staff. Everywhere we go, all the staff know our names, allergies and preferences, which is really impressive. Also, every villa has a butler, my butler Krishna is super friendly and responsive. Highly recommended. Will definitely choose Raffles again if come to Bali in the future
