I recently visited Matagi Japanese restaurant at Raffles The Palm with a few friends, and it turned out to be a great evening. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was exactly what you’d hope for—elegant without feeling too formal. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. After dinner, we stopped by , the lobby restaurant. We were greeted by a very friendly waitress Lin who took great care of us. Her warm attitude and attention made us feel right at home. Both places offered not just good food and setting, but genuinely kind service. It’s the kind of experience that makes you want to come back.

Fabulous hotel, decor & staff. The hotel food has been fantastic, but we had been out on a day trip & were late back so we ordered room service, we were served by Akarsh from room dining & he set up our food & nothing was a problem, when finished, we just pressed a button & he came & collected everything, extremely friendly & efficient.

I am currently staying at Raffles The Palm for my birthday with family. The staff have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome, upgraded us to a better room, and sent me a birthday cake. It’s not our first time here, but it is one of the most memorable. Special thanks to Abdulla from the team for accommodating me and my family and going above and beyond

Wonderful stay in a beautiful hotell

Gorgeous hotel with stunning decor & style. We had a small problem on the 2nd night but solved immediately by management. Rooms are huge with seperate dressing area, separate toilet/bidet & then large walk in shower & huge oval bath. Plenty towels & maid service every day plus turn down service on an evening. The Al a carte restaurant was lovely & as it was mine & my daughters birthday they made it special. All staff are friendly & polite. Would recommend & definitely revisit.
