Wow wow wow! Outstanding hotel and staff

Just had an incredible 3 nights at the raffles palm hotel with my wife and 2 children aged 7 and 11. Our first impressions of the hotel were very positive. It certainly has the wow experience when you enter the lobby and the staff were just brilliant. What i really noticed here were that all the staff were friendly and helpful. Other hotels seem to offer a mix of staff with some being great and others less so but at Raffles i couldn't fault anyone. I have to say a special mention though to James who always greeted us with a smile and friendly chat when we were heading out or back to the hotel (first impressions go a long way when first arriving at the hotel so thank you 😀). Also to Muthui (Daniel) who was brilliant and helped us secure a beautiful palm facing club room. And last but not least to Malik who looked after things in the club lounge and really helped us feel welcome in the hotel). The package we went for at the hotel was half board plus a club room. The worked really well as we could use the club lounge whenever we wanted for free drinks and this also enabled us to have complimentary alcoholic drinks and snacks from 5-7pm and from 3pm they also offered a delicious afternoon tea with lovely sandwiches and cakes. The evening restaurants were also lovely and the news news now is that you can use your half board credit towards their Japanese restaurant which is one of the best meals we have had. Our bedroom was a lovely spacious room and both the kids were given separate beds which they were delighted with and the balcony was huge with an amazing pool over the pool and palm. We had originally booked an ocean club room which is actually bigger but we decided to change at the last minute to the palm view room. All in all an incredible stay. If there was one small thing i would love them to do it would be to add lunch back into the club room menu. Thank you Raffles and all your amazing staff for creating some lovely memories. Hope to see you again in 2026.

Very comfortable. Very clean. Excellent housekeeping. Great service. Club lounge provides an excellent facility and the service is great. Gardens and all outside areas are immaculate. Excellent location with private beach. Would definitely go again.

Lin at the Lounge is Pure Raffles Luxury. She represents true genuine hospitality and warmth. Professionalism to the sheer level of sophistication, delight and utterly amazing. I think without her this palace will just be a palace, she makes it Raffles. Yacoob the manager was also very pleasant. Top level of service all around. Perfect afternoon well spent with my partner. I think the management is clearly leading this hotel in a great way, no wonder the leader Tony is an outstanding professional and this reflects in his team.

I have stayed at many of the luxury hotels in Dubai but Raffles The Palm blew me away. The hotel is in a great location on the Palm. It has a lovely beach and although it’s large it felt like a very personal hotel experience. The service was amazing, every single person we met was friendly and honestly went out of their way for you. We had rooms with club access which was perfect. The club lounge which is on the top floor is huge and has views from both sides. Beautiful sunsets. The lounge offers a la carte breakfast,afternoon tea from 3pm to 430 pm and snacks and drinks from 6 till 8pm. We would like to mention Joseph at the March looked after us so well in the four days we were there. We will be back
