Hospitalty with a personal touch. The hotel has a great team who puts a lot of effort to make things go well. Good place wish to visit again. Lot of good memories and great hospitality. The local nearby also is quite happening and easily explorable

Third time stay at this wonderful resort. The staff at this hotel are the best, for their friendliness and helpfulness. From the wonderful gardeners and grounds people who walk around smiling all day, while they make the grounds a tropical wonderland, to the beautiful staff who tend to us at breakfast in the morning, pouring coffees and whisking away our used plates as soon as we finish our meal. The 'bell boys' who deliver your cases to your room and pick you up from the airport are friendly and amazing. We stayed at a pool villa (no.127 actually) and as soon as we walk through the gate we are in a haven of relaxation. The pool and room are kept clean and the garden in our small courtyard is tended daily. All in all, you would not be disappointed to stay at this hotel. We loved it and am sure you will too.

Close to airport. Clean, well-kept rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast was awesome. Grounds are very well kept, and the pool bar and staff are fantastic. All staff were friendly and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back.

Great experience at Rama beach resort. From the moment we checked in until now (we are only halfway through) it’s been great. We have booked one of the new deluxe rooms and it really is beautiful. Breakfast is really good with a great selection, Now onto the best bit - the pool area and pool bar. The beds are fantastic with really thick cushions. Towels are provided clean every day The pool is deep at 2.4mts but floats are provided if you need them. The pool has. Swim up bar and also a seating area on dry land! The guys at the pool are superb and really want you to have a good time without being pushy. The cocktails they make are really tasty and the beers are cold. The only thing I could suggest is having music videos on the TV’s instead of just constant Aussie football that nobody is watching…. Special mentions go to Yudi, Tiguh and Budi. They are a credit to the staff and are great with all the guests!
