Disappointing for the Price - Not Worth $120

I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Phuket Southsea and, unfortunately, I have to say I was quite disappointed. While the staff were polite, the hotel fell short in several key areas, especially considering the $120 per night price tag. Firstly, the breakfast was extremely meager. The chef refused to cook fresh pancakes, stating they had already been prepared in the morning. This is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be of a certain standard. The 'pool view' room was misleading. It actually overlooked the pool of a neighboring hotel, not the hotel's own pool. Speaking of which, the hotel's pool was quite small. While the location is indeed facing Karon Beach, this proximity doesn't justify the price. For $120, I expected much more. Another inconvenience was the lack of an on-site travel desk. Most 4-star (and above) hotels in Phuket offer this service.

Small reception area...check-in was good room was ready on arrival...staff all very helpful and professional....must praise jazzy at reservations. A very tremendous help. Vimal also was very helpful and professional.... Overall location brilliant..beach across the road...restaurants with few minutes walks...spas nearby too... Pool nice size...room was nice spacious...old mouldy net curtain... Room with pool access was good but was public too....not nice then other people sit in front of ur room... WiFi was a big let down through out my stay and very frustrating...mentioned to reception few times.... Breakfast was at best average.. Will return nxt year..

Splendid stays at Ramada Phuket

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Ramada South Sea Phuket. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, especially Honey from Myanmar who went above and beyond to assist us. Manager Ko was also very supportive and ensured all our needs were taken care of. It's reassuring to stay at a place where they genuinely care about their guests' comfort. We're so glad we chose this hotel for our trip!
