Top quality experience

I had such a great time at this hotel! The family room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped for any needs. The staff were always friendly and ready to help, and the food was great with loads of variety every day. Special mention to the amazing Animation Team for the daily games and entertainment, Mario for the poolside activities and to Alex, Lionel, and Ozie for a great Club Experience — they really made my holiday unforgettable. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back.

Decent week away but food needs improvement & pillows are awful

Just returned from a week break here in May 2025. Would rate it a 4/5 overall. Food = 2/5. Overall poor selection for all meals with little variety served each day. Quality of food ok but distinct lack of fruit & breakfast options. Room = 4/5. Room are nice & large. Bed comfortable however pillows are far to hard which made whole week of sleep difficult. Entertainment = 4/5. Animation team overall super. Could do with a bit more variety in the daytime activities as same each day however effort they make it noticeable and makes a real difference. Special call out to Mario, Alex & Lionel who were all excellent! Evening show is standard all inclusive. 30 min show each night which is ok but not great. Staff = 4/5. Overall all the staff throughout whole hotel are super. Very friendly and helpful

Loved the staff working in the hotel, especially Laura. The a le carte was a little bit dissapointing but in the all inclusive menu in the hotel was great and always a great vairety. The Shows at night were great and entertaining. Would definetely come bacak again.

Great hotel!

Laura was a great animator, very easy to engage with and so sweet. Always willing to play games. Hotel was very clean and everyone working was friendly and kind at all times. Including waiting and cleaning staff as well. Loved all the games and shows presented at the hotel. Always ending in fun games. Felt like a lot part of a group. Will definitely come back again. Especially for the food! Best food in any hotel I have visited.

Perfect holiday for families and couples

We have travelled here as a couple and our stay so far has been amazing. The animation team have been absolutely brilliant, getting everyone involved both during the day and the night. Mario is fantastic, always takes the time to talk to us. They are also not pushy and don’t pester you like some other places I have visited in turkey. The rooms are lovely and cleaned everyday and the bars have plenty of options. We are looking to book again for October as we have loved it so much. No complaints at all.
