Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Kusadasi

Came to the Ramada suites last year with our family and friends and had the best time so we decided to return again this year. We were not disappointed this hotel is FANTASTIC in every way! The hotel is so clean and always well looked after. The pools are crystal clear everyday. The food is great and always something for everyone , I have never had a bad meal in the restaurant. The staff are all so friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The entertainment team made our holiday though they are great people always happy and laughing, and always have interacting with the guests weather that's around the pool , in the bars or even in the restaurants. If you are thinking of coming to turkey this hotel is the place to come 100% . We will definitely be returning next year. Thanks to everyone at the Ramada hotel and suites for making our holiday so great.

We arrived late at night and were given a room on the ground floor overlooked by next doors hotel balconies...After expressing our dissatisfaction we were moved next day to a pool view on the second floor...(thankfully a manager got involved because we weren't getting any joy out of the young receptionist) We had booked a Junior suite room which was modern, good size, with a comfortable king size bed and working AC..there was a sofa bed in the lounge/ kitchen area. The room was well serviced and cleaned daily. The Pools areas were great,3 pools one with waterslides. Plenty of sunbeds, no queuing early in the morning although this might have been explained by the lack of Europeans staying here, I felt there was 70/30 mix local/european tourists staying here. Towles were provided free of charge (no deposit) and you could refresh daily. The Pool activities were brilliant, always something going on especially at the top pool were we mostly camped, with music onsite, DJ all day. The animation team were excellent with particular mention to Alex Mario and Hannah. The water polo got a bit competitive particularly amongst the men who dominated, it would have been good to see the kids/teens involved in a game on there own.. We were all inclusive as were most who stayed here..the 3 bars including two pool and a the lobby bar were well staffed with younger cohorts, however although efficient, the quality of service was poor as was the all inclusive drinks being served all local booze with Cokes pepsi, juices etc from a machine behind the bar. Warm wine and rose was frequently served as the bottles was left on the counter top, but this didn't seem to bother them . I had to frequently ask for more ice in drinks. The cocktails on offer during the day were all filled with syrup so not great. One beer on tap Efes the local brew which to be fair was good enough throughout the day (It benefited from a good pour) One of the bar maids operated a little cocktail bar between 10 and midnight at the top pool bar this was like a well kept secret but was a welcome surprise as she served up delicious cocktails from a separate cocktail menu, so a big shout out to her... The lobby bar had a good coffee machine for morning ritual's. Your drinks were served in glasses here as the pool bars were plastic only. It got busy late at night and a little overwhelming for the young staff....I would like to point out though there never seem to be a manager around supervising(Green polos) only appearing now and again, perhaps a bit more face time and supervision would improve the service at times. Now for the Alright, the food...generally across all services breakfast, lunch and dinner in the buffet styled restaurant was of poor quality and presentation...everything seem to appear in a Casserole or Stew mostly in a turkey (a favourite) chicken or beef mixed with undesirable sauces etc. not tasty at all, everything appeared well cooked but it was presented in the afore mentioned form, maybe this was catering for the more dominant Local guests tastes. There was no fresh fish, shell fish, prawns, mussels calamari's as would be normal for a 4 star hotel...The dinner service was only for 2 hours and it felt like a stampede bordering cattle mart, people running everywhere in a desperate bid to get a table and food on plates...You had to que at a little bar at the back of the restaurant for your drinks again the same bar service inefficiencies were on view here After 8pm the restaurant staff seem to be more intent on clearing tables that setting up for new guests...again as with the bars, very young and inexperienced staff on duty with not a Manger in sight. The breakfast service again was poor. If your looking for a morning fry up you'll be disappointed if you just like fried eggs, No sausages, Pudding, bacon, hash browns etc. Plenty of weird cheeses and salads though at breakfast!! There was no one making omelettes /poached eggs as I've seen at many hotels. The ale cart which you were entitled to once if staying the week was a welcome relief for dinner from the bedlam below in the buffet. They offered Italian, seafood and turkish choices on different nights which you had to book through guest relations near reception . At least you were served here with proper food and drinks and the team along with the manager called David was excellent for his welcome and service. The snack bar at the pool was ok, with a selection of burgers, chips, chicken nuggets salads and pizzas etc from 1 to 5pm...we ate here at lunch mostly it was plain food but tasty. There was an Ice-cream van opened from 2 - 5pm in the pool area, with waffles made to order...This was a good addition. An popcorn and candy floss kiosk operated in the evening near the lobby bar but this had to be paid for separately. The evening entertainment operated form a stage near the top pool. Generally poor with selection of entertainers dancing, singing etc we never bothered with it.. A singer who played at the lobby bar was entertaining but he only appeared once a week. The local beach were shuttles are offered on an hourly basis to and from hotel wasn't worth it for the simple reason, its stony and rocky ,we went stayed for an hour and left.. we saw several people with cut feet getting out of the water. The shop outside the hotel is a rip off, Please don't bother buying anything here.. Kids floaties for 34 euro come on!!! One bonus the Dolmus bus stopped outside the hotel 40tl brought you into town.. about 10 minutes away..8 euro taxi brought you back, good value. Plenty of shopping in Kusadassi make sure to barter if your after anything from bags to clothes etc. Generally we enjoyed the week, The Hotel, with some areas run down, was clean and the room was good, well serviced and the pool and daytime entertainment and activities presented by an excellent and enthusiastic animation team was great. What leaves this hotel down is the F&B.. food and beverage departments if that improved with more supervision and better choices this would be an excellent hotel choice for your summer holidays.

Wonderful holiday. Hotel and staff very friendly. Entertainment staff made the holiday complete. Nothing too much trouble. I will be returning next year.

Amazing animation crew - Hannah 5*, sulayman 5* , Mario 5*, Alex, samed - they made our holiday the best xx Second time coming to this hotel Air conditioning in the main bedroom broken but they are waiting for a new part and should be fixed soon Maybe back next year x

Fabulous animation team very friendly always making conversation, caring, and want you to join in activities. My daughter loves Hannah and i also think she is fabulous x
