The room was large with a balcony overlooking the pool, sea and beach and was cleaned daily. The pool is surrounded by a botanical garden oasis. Breakfast was great, many options. Three course dinner was exceptional. The entrees and main courses were quite large. Staff were always helpful and happy.

A beautiful resort located in the main town area of Khao lak. The positives about the hotel were: 1. Location was excellent with nearby restaurant and stores to eat and shop and roam around to explore the town 2. The accessibility of hotel was great as it was not a big hotel and everything was walkable. 3. The breakfast was excellent with great taste, items and service, which was great start to the day. 4. Rooms were big and spacious along with a nice bath tub. Private balcony gives view of the resort which is soothing. 5. Excellent swimming pool - very clean and big. As a couple with a 1.5 year old we enjoyed the stay at this resort with private beach access. The negative side was lunch/ dinner at Saasi beach club there only restaurant. The taste was not good and service was very bad. It felt like the staff was least interested in serving and taking care of the guests. The cocktails were sour and they didn’t know how to make it. The bad experience with food , service during lunch and dinner and housekeeping made the stay uneasy.

The staff were very friendly and the place was amazing, but it’s not suitable for solo travellers as I ended up paying for two people and receiving the food and beverage package for one person but otherwise I would highly recommend and would definitely consider going back

What a beautiful resort. We have been to Khao Lak many times but this was our first stay at the Ramada. We had a wonderful time. Perfect location right on a gorgeous stretch of beach. Lovely rooms, pool, grounds and the food was a highlight.. breakfast, lunch and dinner were always outstanding. We ate at least two meals a day at the Ramada over our 14 night stay and all were excellent. The staff at the Ramada are all warm, friendly, professional and kind. Unfortunately I can’t remember everyone, but Aui, Scott, Wawa and Benz were all fantastic. The pool is lovely as is the swim up bar. The location is terrific with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We will definitely return and can’t recommend it highly enough.
