This 5 star resort exceeded my expectations. From the Lanai deluxe room opening out to the garden with a terrace to sit and relax, to the abundant and varied food both at the breakfast buffet and the dinners, to the service, the generous inclusions as part of a package deal, the location on the beachfront, the beautiful pool, the in-house activities, all was close to perfect. Very peaceful, not crowded, quiet. Don’t need to leave resort, but can walk into village and night market in minutes. Staff were so lovely, friendly and humble. Not too many kids as there’s no kids club, mostly adults. I went by myself, but didn't feel too awkward, there were a couple of other solos. Already planning to visit again next year.

Lovely hotel, with wonderful staff, clean and well presented. No complaints. Food was amazing and competively priced with places to eat outside hotel. Good access to the beach. Right in the middle of khoa lak and the night market is 5 minutes away. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Ramada resort Khao Lak was wonderful.The staff in all areas were very friendly helpful and kind.The pool and grounds were very well maintained .We had most of our meals at Sassi’s restaurant because the food was delicious and fresh. Breakfast was also top notch.Our room was perfect with a lovely view over the pool. The Ramada is peaceful but also close to restaurants ,shops and the night market.
