Terrible break

We went to the hotel on a 3 nights break with 8 adults in total which we do often as we live not far away in Altinkum, we have visited many different hotels for in Kusadasi and also other regions, so I would say we have had plenty of experience and we are far from fussy and complaining has never been an issue. Although this hotel was the worst due to the dining room experience as there were about 20 cats wandering about, climbing on tables, brushing against peoples legs, begging for food, and it was very unpleasant at meal times. I have been in hotels and seen cats coming in to the restaurants before, but this was on another level, so I approached the restaurant manager and he told me they were animals. Really? I told him I know what an animal is, but they should not be eating off peoples plates, climbing on tables, brushing against people while they are eating. It was quite clear that the staff encouraged it as their were cat pictures on the walls and ceilings, so there was no point in arguing with the boss who was ignorant and useless. So we will not be back here and I have been in hotels in many countries and this was the worst ever experience.

A holiday for less demanding travelers

We spent our holiday at this hotel in the second half of July 2025. Overall, it was a pleasant vacation, but the hotel definitely does not deserve a 5-star rating. Our floor could be accessed by two elevators, but one of them was out of service for the entire duration of our stay. The second one was insufficient and constantly overcrowded, so several times we had to use the stairs. In the restaurant there were many annoying cats, one of them even missing a leg, which was not very pleasant. The food was tasty and there was a good variety, however the fish dishes were a disappointment – overcooked and very dry. We tried them several times with the same result. There were different themed dinner evenings, which was nice. Evenings with live music were very enjoyable, but the loud shouting and music from the main stage until after 11 p.m. was much less pleasant. This was our fifth time in Turkey, and it has never happened to me before that dirty, wet towels were folded and put back on the bed instead of being replaced. Some towels were also torn. Bed linen was changed about three times during our 9-day stay, which was fine. Room cleanliness was generally okay, except for mold in the shower and a hair tie left behind by previous guests. Bottled water was replenished daily. The beach could only be reached by a shuttle bus running once per hour, which was quite limiting. There was a beach bar and a small buffet offering hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, fruit, and ice cream. The beach and sunbeds were shared with guests from another hotel, but there were always enough available. Access to the sea was difficult due to stones or sandbags. The beach toilets are in need of renovation. It was a pity that the last shuttle bus from the beach departed already at 5 p.m., as that was when the sea was the most pleasant. In the morning, the water was still cold. There was no real reason to rush back, especially since dinner was not served until 7 p.m., which we personally found quite late.

The hotel did not meet expectations. While the location was convenient, with a nearby bus service to the city centre and taxis readily available, several aspects of the stay were disappointing. Shuttle available for the beach and food available The room was clean, which was a positive, but the food was only average and not of a high standard. The selection remained largely the same throughout the week, becoming repetitive. The snack bars were useful at lunch times. The patisserie was great; however, the waffles/crepes were not available throughout the day. The hotel grounds were well maintained, and the pool area itself was good; however, it was extremely busy. There were not enough sunbeds for the number of guests, and while people were willing to share, this should not be necessary. Service was inconsistent, with some staff members being helpful while others appeared uninterested. Overall, the experience did not justify the price, and I would likely look for other options in the future.

Filthy dump no way is it 5 star more 1 star, food every day & night was disgusting, fights in the suites as our hotel room was so bad we moved to suites blood all over the lift on the 6th floor left for 4 days before it was cleaned, glasses smashed, fights outside by the pool, drinks in bar watered down, guests were as rough never stay here again.. cats all over the restaurant when your eating Ive never seen anything like this hotel.. 16th time to turkey 1st bad experience so anyone reading this stay clear.. lots of photos showing how dirty this place is how they can charge these prices is unbelievable.. entertainment was so bad too I've stayed in many 5 starts in turkey this definitely is not on .. avoid at all costs
