Ramee Royal Hotel Dubai

I was shocked to see this property classified as a 4-star hotel. The room had a persistent bad smell, including the floor. Instead of fixing the issue, the hotel placed candles and fragrances every few feet, which made the situation worse. There were numerous signs of neglect: cracked bidet and TV screen, peeling wallpaper, tilted photo frames, broken fridge, no menu, missing hangers, and even basic items like bathrobes had to be requested. Service was slow, and room standards were far below expectations. I had planned to book another branch of this hotel for New Year, but after this experience, I have completely changed my mind. I will be uploading images to support my review. Would not recommend this hotel or its brand to anyone. Grounting also not done Lights in washrooms is also so dim Not at all recommended even if last hotel on earth Giving 2 star for service just bcz of staff politeness ⭐ Update: Worst Bed Ever – Sleepless Night (Room 303) I forgot to mention the bed quality, which made the stay completely unbearable. I was staying in Room 303, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and poking throughout the night. It is now 6:00 AM, and I have been unable to sleep at all. I still have a few more days booked, and it feels like I may end up losing the remaining stay due to these poor conditions. For a hotel claiming to be 4-star, this is unacceptable. Combined with the foul smell, lack of maintenance, slow service, and now an unusable bed, the experience has been extremely frustrating. How does a 40 yrs old get 4 star rating? Must have bribed someone to get it. In comparison to other hotels of the same class in Dubai, this is certainly NOT a good hotel. Firstly I couldn't sleep because of the noise and the beat from the night club in the same building which goes on until 3:30am! The windows also did a poor job blocking car sounds and horns from outside. Secondly the hotel breakfast was aweful, consisting of expired bread, and a bunch of cheap potato options. Thirdly the safe wasn't working in my room which is very important to me. And finally the hotel guests were inconsiderate , I heard some woman screaming in middle of the night from one of the rooms and also people arguing and shouting on the corridors after 12:00 am.

Not a clean hotel,it's dirty . Not at all meant for family to stay . Very bad service. Ramee Royal ,Dubai is having Russian dance club.The hotel didn't have good vibes ,vulgarly dressed Russian girls ,drunk bachelor men roaming around in the hotel . Worst was when a hotel guy knocked at our door at 1 am in the night without any prior notice demanding some absurd amount of money and started arguing.We were totally scared after this incident couldn't sleep entire night. Felt very unsafe in the hotel during our stay . The hotel staff declined to give basic scissors that we needed to cut out suitcase ziplock.So,staff was not co operative or helpful at all. Housekeeping didn't clean the room properly .Food ( Aloo paratha ) was below average with no Aloo in it and costed a bomb.

Dear Ramee Royal hotel Team, I would like to Express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my stay on 27th &28 Jan @ur hotel. From the moment I arrived , Miss Rania at reception was incredibly welcoming ,professional , and attentive . Hospitality and assisting requests made my experience very pleasant and check in process was very smooth. overall experience was amazing during entire stay. House keeping and cleanliness was super good as well. Thanks to all staff and specially Ms Rania (reception) wish her all the best for her future .
