I was shocked to see this property classified as a 4-star hotel. The room had a persistent bad smell, including the floor. Instead of fixing the issue, the hotel placed candles and fragrances every few feet, which made the situation worse. There were numerous signs of neglect: cracked bidet and TV screen, peeling wallpaper, tilted photo frames, broken fridge, no menu, missing hangers, and even basic items like bathrobes had to be requested. Service was slow, and room standards were far below expectations. I had planned to book another branch of this hotel for New Year, but after this experience, I have completely changed my mind. I was staying in Room 303, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and poking throughout the night. It is now 6:00 AM, and I have been unable to sleep at all. I still have a few more days booked, and it feels like I may end up losing the remaining stay due to these poor conditions. For a hotel claiming to be 4-star, this is unacceptable. Combined with the foul smell, lack of maintenance, slow service, and now an unusable bed, the experience has been extremely frustrating.
