Rawai Palm Beach Resort

We planned to stay 2 nights in Rawai Palm Beach Resort, but ended up extending to 4 nights. The whole experience was fantastic. From the welcome by the excellent front office staff, to the room that was spacious and fully equipped, and on top of that, the fabulous huge pool directly accessible from the room. Breakfast was a huge spread with plenty of choices. Great kids play facilities. The location of the hotel is perfect, near stores and near the local and charming beach. We will certainly visit again, our son didn't even want to leave

Rawai Palm Beach hotel is a stunning hotel, the rooms are clean, and the location is good, as its walking distance to Rawai beach and town, the town has many restaurants and massage parlours. Local busses available to take you in to Karon beach and town. It's has a seven eleven store that sells most things you require on holiday. The hotels restaurant is amazing, the Thai curries were super. Pool area was always kept clean and there were plenty of sun beds available. Being a vegetarian, the breakfast options were good, but there was more variety for non vegetarians. The chef was very helpful and would make us more veggie options. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. You can book your excursions at the hotel, the prices are similar, if not the same as the excursions being sold outside...I booked them in the hotel for peace of mind. A huge thank you to everyone at Rawai Palm Beach Resort, always friendly and approachable. You have a wonderful team of people.

Perfect place to relax and unwind. Great pools with a kids area and a waterfall and jacuzzi area. Pool bar was great too. The bedrooms were comfortable and extremely spacious. The view from our balcony was immense. Only walking distance from a variety of shops and beach. The staff were lovely, my daughter loved the 3 waitress ladies and I believe the other lady was the manager, she was so kind and caring. My daughter celebrated her birthday there and they made such a fuss of her. Would definitely be back again soon.

Beautiful hotel in a very central location just next to the center. My wife had a motor accident during our second week of vacation. She had several bruised ribs, a sprained arm and wrist, and numerous bruises on her body. The staff assisted and supported us in every way afterward. I would especially like to thank Ms. Laddawan - Assistant FB Manager, Ms. Nittaya - Assistant Customer Service and Tanisara from the restaurant for their support and commitment and real Thai genuine interest. We would love to come back to this location next time!

Didn’t expect this to be as excellent as this was for the price it was so reasonable. We booked this midway of our trip to work , do laundry and see a new area. What a surprise how delightful the waterfall and pool was ; accessible to all the shops and restaurants ; swim up room which was spacious and well decorated . This was right near a main road but by the pool and in the room you can’t hear it too much . The waterfall gives an exoctic feel . Breakfast isn’t wow but in fairness there is an egg station and it does offer quite a variety. The setting is beautiful overlooking the pool and the coffee is good. So overall I was happy. The only negative is the pool bar is very expensive double the price of eating and drinking locally so I couldn’t recommend that which is a shame because the pool is really lovely Overall I was surprised because of the reasonable price just how spacious and nice the rooms are and the pool area is absolutely beautiful. They have a really effective air conditioning which during the heat is important. It does need updating in the rooms as the cupboards are creaky and it does need updating but to be honest I cannot fault it.
