Regina dell Acqua Resort

This was my 2nd visit to Regina but it will definitely not be my last. I went with my daughter (her 1st visit) and everything I had told her about the Hotel did not disappoint. Anastasia and her husband Evangelos who Manage the Hotel are the most friendliest and hospitable people you could wish to meet. Anastasia greets all of her guests personally and returning guests also get a great welcoming hug. The cleanliness of the Hotel is 100%, rooms are cleaned daily and if needed clean towels are provided every day. All of the Hotel including the Restaurant for breakfast and the pool bar where lunch and dinner are served are of a very high standard hygiene wise. The food is absolutely delicious, with a varied menu. Illies and Fotis the waiters in the Pool bar are friendly, efficient and work extremely hard to make every guest feel very welcome. Equally the staff in the Breakfast restaurant are very friendly and welcoming too. I have stayed in many Hotels across the world over the years but this Hotel really takes a lot of beating for friendliness, hospitality, cleanliness, good food and value for money.

Have just returned from Skala after a memorable 2 week stay at Regina Dell Acqua, our 14th visit to this stunning hotel. Once again we were brilliantly looked after by Anastasia, Evangelos and all of the staff. The hotel continues to charm us with its lovely design and stunning views over the beach and Ionian Sea. Like so many other guests we have already booked a 2 week stay in 2026.

This hotel is excellent for so many reasons, tha main one is the way it is run by managers Anastacia and Evangelis. They, and all the staff, work so very hard. Anastacia met us on arrival and it was like being met by a friend. She seemed genuinely happy to see us. Room - Super clean, lovely sea view, huge shower cubicle, gorgeous big fluffy towels and fab air con. The complex is very quiet so I slept well. Pool - beautiful and quiet, very relaxing. No need to put towels down in the morning as there are plenty of beds and brollys plus beds/cabanas on the beach which belong to the hotel. Pool bar/restaurant  -  So very relaxing with beautiful views of the sea. Had lunch/dinner/drinks here. Run by Ilias and Fotis who are lovely people. Food is of excellent quality and portions big! I believe the chef is called Lefis and he deserves a mention because his food is very very nice. Breakfast is taken in the breakfast room overlooking the sea, run by Katerina and Nektarios. They are both attentive and friendly and breakfast good. The Greek yoghurt is lovely! We spent the last 3 nights of our stay in the presidential suite courtesy of Anastacia and Evangelis which was beautiful and a wonderful gesture. It has a lounge/dining area, a huge bed, jacuzzi, sauna, own pool and patio area looking directly over the sea. This is another example of how lovely Anastacia and Evangelis are. Most guests are returning guests and I can see why. I will definitely return. The area is lovely and quiet with plenty of restaurants and bars along the main road and un Skala village, a 10 min walk from the hotel. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday then book this hotel.

First time guests and will definitely return. The hotel is in a great spot, all amenities you could ask for, super rooms and spectacular views. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble - always welcomed with a lovely smile and cheery greeting. Thankyou for a wonderful holiday

Fabulous hotel with outstanding staff throughout, led by Anastasia and her husband who run a very good ‘ship’ and greeted every guest personally. Many were returning guests and it was easy to see why. We were half board and had a Sea view room which had beautiful views and was kept very clean. Breakfast was very good with a good variety. The restaurant for lunch and dinner was overlooking the pool and had an excellent A la carte menu which was included in the half board. The waiters were so efficient and friendly. It was 10 minute stroll to the Main Street and there were lovely walks either way with a large range of bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality relaxing break.
