The best hotel experience I’ve ever had

My husband and I spent 6 nights at the hotel and we have no complaints whatsoever. We had a WONDERFUL experience! The room and bathroom were perfectly clean, cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was great with variety. The view of the marina is as perfect as it looks online. The staff was friendly and accommodating but I must mention that everything was made even better by Ingrid. She is an amazing navigator/concierge. She made sure we were well taken care of even when she’s off shift. She contacted me before I even got into the country. She made sure all my plans were in order before and after we checked in. She is very pleasant, always accessible and helpful. We enjoyed every moment of the stay!

Very lovely. The hotel is well located, the stuff is very nice. There is a nice shopping mall nearby with a few restaurants. Close by beaches, nice swimming pool. The rooms are clean , calm and comfortable with a nice view of the marina. I highly recommend it

Great Pre-Resort Location!

My family and I stayed one night at this hotel before heading to our main resort, just to avoid losing time the next day; and it ended up being a great start to our vacation! The location is perfect, surrounded by outdoor mall shops, entertainment, and plenty of restaurants, which made it super convenient. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, although we did notice a couple of stains on one of the pillowcases. That aside, everything else was well-kept. The food at the hotel was surprisingly good, but a word of caution… be mindful of the ice. After a few morning drinks, my stomach didn’t feel quite right, which I suspect may have been related. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re passing through Cancun and need a comfortable, well-located place to stay before or after your main vacation. It served its purpose well and helped us ease into our trip.

NOT a resort, NOT near beach

Pool itself is fine, rooms and 12 floor fitness are fine too. Pool area - had loud music and had hostel feel to it. NOT near beach (at least 20 mins walk), too shallow, seawead bed. Might be great for a night stay - plenty of eateries and shopping in nearby mall but too removed from "vacation" spot.
