Great Airport Hotel with a View of the Runway!

We stayed at the Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel and had a great experience—especially if you’re on one of the higher floors. We were lucky to get a room with a view of the planes taking off and landing, which was a fun bonus! The lobby is beautiful, with a peaceful waterfall feature that makes a nice first impression. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There's also convenient parking right at the entrance, and a shuttle bus to the airport, which made getting to our flight super easy.

Would You Stay Here? See pics and decide for yourself. One word comes to mind, disgusting. I’m not sure why the group I’m associated with insists on using this property. Fourth time here, never good. Moreover, I’ve had to contact Marriott customer service every time to get my Bonvoy credit…pain in the neck.

Sign on toilet to repair after each flush

We stayed here for one night before boarding the Disney Treasure, as our flight landed around midnight and the hotel is close to the airport. Despite being rated as a four-star resort on Expedia, this was one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed. Had it not been so late — and our kids so tired — we would’ve switched hotels immediately. The room was worn down, the floors were grimy, and overall everything felt unclean. Most shockingly, the toilet had a sign instructing guests to “repair” it after every flush to stop it from running — absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming four stars. The lobby was decent, but that’s where the positives end. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families

Beautiful hotel with wonderful rooms and very helpful staff members. Close to the Orlando International airport with great food. The breakfast was outstanding and the exercise room was well equipped. There is a nice walkway for those who like to enjoy walks.

What is Going On?

WHAT IS GOING ON? This is the Worst hotel I have ever stayed in under the Marriott banner. This hotel is lacking in all aspects. Once entering the elevator I suspected a poor choice for sure. The hallway carpet on the executive floor was splitting at the seams. The glazing in Bathtub / shower was non-existent in spots not to mention the windows are leaking and the wall paper coming off. The bed look like 20 years of wear. The sheets were clean that's it. Thankfully it was only for 1 night . Take my advise STAY AWAY because I'm sure it's slated for DEMOLITION in THE NEAR FUTURE. There can be no other reason to let a property get so run down. Beware the lounge sofa in the bar is ready for the dumpster!
