Great Location, But Pushy Staff and Overpriced Breakfast

The hotel's location is excellent, making it a convenient choice for travelers. However, the service experience is disappointing—staff constantly push for tips and become unpleasant if not tipped. The breakfast is overpriced for what it offers, which adds to the feeling of being overcharged. Not the most welcoming stay despite the great location.

Fungus/Mildew infested rooms and bathrooms.

The whole hotel is infested with MILDEW/FUNGUS. I was gagging in the room as I am allergic to fungal spores. The dining room, bathroom, hallways, bedroom ALL were infested with mildew/fungus. There is a musty smell as soon as you step into the hallways and rooms. It seems that the vents have not been cleaned for years. When the AC comes on, the fungal spores are blowing in your face. I checked out of the hotel even though I couldn't get a refund. For an additional 50 $, I found an amazing hotel nearby at Kingsbury. Night and Day difference and worth every penny spent at Kingsbury.

A Comfortable Stay in Colombo

A great place for a very comfortable stay in Colombo. We stayed in a deluxe room which had all the amenities we required for our stay in Colombo for 11 nights. The service was always polite and with a smile. All in all, a great place to stay in Colombo.

Not a good experience

The location was good, they have two buildings, one is old and other one is new, I stayed at new building the WiFi service was not working and the staff always give excuses about the service restoration but not fixed. I suffered with bad internet service. The breakfast was reasonable. Near by so many hotel with different kind of foods also big supermarket just a cross the road.
