Rhodes Bay Hotel

I arrived late due to a flight delay, but the team immediately made me feel welcome. Because it was my birthday, they generously upgraded me to an **Amus Suite with a private pool**, complete with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, fruit, and sweet treats in the room. The service across every single department was outstanding: **Suites Reception:** Wonderfully friendly—they even looked after my bags on departure day, offered me facilities to freshen up before my late flight, and provided complimentary refreshments while I waited for my taxi. **Housekeeping:** Incredibly conscientious, cleaning and checking on my suite twice a day. **Dining Team:** Polite, efficient, and so thoughtful—they even surprised me with another sweet treat during dinner to celebrate my birthday. The hotel itself is stunning, well-maintained, and stylish, featuring a spotless, chic, minimalist tropical aesthetic. This was a truly relaxing, luxurious experience and a birthday I won’t forget. **I cannot recommend this property enough!**

Modern hotel, good food, clean rooms but service and amenities do raise questions. Not all staff members are as friendly or helpfull but some are worth mentioning. Starting with the waiters at the pool bar: Loukas and Maria and the tall girl bringing the drinks. They were always very friendly and efficient. I went for a massage which was given by Xristiana. She was very attentive and gave a relaxing massage. Overall, we were a bit dissappointed in the 'all in' formula. Snacks in poolbar were not included, neither was the poolbar on the first floor. Pool bar closes quite early: 6 pm which forces you to go to the bar at the 11th floor. Entertainment in the evening was very poor. They do organize performances but they are often in the poolbar where drinks are not included in the 'all in' formula. As a result this bar/ restaurant was empty. We arrived in the hotel a bit earlier than check in time due to an early flight. This was communicated to us in quite an abrupt way by Audrey. No hotel information was given by her nor did she suggest to use the spa facilities to get changed so we could already start enjoying our holiday. We did see other guests using the facilities for this purpose so this was possible. Result: although arriving early, we lost a full day. In short: good hotel but not to repeat.

Ninth visit to the Elite Suites and just as excellent as ever. A superb and relaxing much needed holiday. Already booked up for 2027! Thank you Daria and your staff for looking after us so nicely.

The spa experience made my vacation wholesome, still have days left here luckily. I’ll be back!❤️
