Fantastic holiday

The hotel was fantastic , everything was 100%, we arrived on Monday 23rd feb Was having a most relaxing time until unfortunately it all went a bit crazy with the missiles , we was planing to go back in November , but now we will wait till this crazy time is over , we will definitely be back at some point .

Clean and comfortable, staff very friendly, so polite and happy to help in anyway. Food plentiful with great variety. Plenty of sun beds but be aware that most are on the beach which was ok but should have taken swim shoes as sand quite gritty and sharp. A little out of the way and on flight path but due to Iran conflict didn’t interfere with our stay! Also warned about building work but again was no bother.

Longer stay than expected

Stayed here for a surprise 80th birthday for my dad, should have been for 4 days and 5 nights, ended up being much longer due to the flight cancelations. Staff were absolutely amazing under the circumstances, couldn’t fault them at all, they kept checking the guests were all ok, and were all very very friendly. Food in the hotel was amazing, great variety of dishes available, you could never go hungry there and the desserts were to die for. Rooms were great, we asked for ground floor, for easy access for my dad, and had a fantastic location near to all the amenities, and were very clean, with the mini bar restocked if needed. The pools were great and having 3 really makes a difference, only draw back being you had certain sunbeds taken up early by people putting towels down early 🙄 The beach was amazing too, no shortage of sunbeds there ☀️ Having the pool bars were great and you didn’t wait long to be served. The only fault we could find is the entertainment, for the location of the hotel (being out of the centre) the entertainment could have been better, more groups on, and then when the entertainment had finished for the night everything just stopped, however the shows they did you could tell they really worked hard to perform them. Would I go back to this hotel, yes I would, however not for a few years until the surrounding area had been built up more. This really is a great hotel for families, and for a base if you want to stay away from the hustle of Dubai centre. Fab hotel with fabulous staff ⭐️
