Official Description

Spacious and comfortable apartments of 2 and 3 bedrooms, Bungalows and a 4 bedroom house, have been specially designed for a holiday with family and friends. All units are fully furnished and equipped with quality services to meet all guests' need and exceed their expectations. All have a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Accommodations feature free WIFI, telephone,Cable/TV, safebox, parking, elevator, air conditioning and fans, a large balcony with hammocks to relax with the sea breeze. The kitchens are fully equipped and come with electric grill, refrigerator, microwave, crockery and cutlery and coffee / tea makers. The laundry room is equipped with washer / dryer and an ironing set. Its services include daily cleaning with change of sheets and towels, reception open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., surveillance and 24 hour security, covered parking, beach towels per person and chairs and beach umbrellas by condo. Enjoy a privileged and very central location in Playa del Carmen, just between the listed Fifth Avenue and the most famous city beach "Playa Mamita" with its lovely white sand and Caribbean atmosphere, just 1 block from condo-Hotel supermarket and the party area are just 10 minutes walk. Cancun airport is 45 minutes by car; Tulum 64km by car is also nearby, Playa del Carmen is the starting point across to Cozumel Ferry (30min) and go to Chichen-Itza takes only 1: 30 minutes by car from the toll road. I really don't recommend the hotel, there's hot water in the shower for a minute, then cold water and then it's back again. Air conditioning didn't work at night, according to the reception there was a problem with the electricity in the city, but after talking to the reception I realized they didn't have diesel for the generator. In short, absolutely not

We stayed in a 2 bedroom penthouse with garden view. The apartment was super clean and fully equipped. Upon our arrival a huge bottle of water was provided which was refilled regularly. Even tabs for the dishwasher, and washing powder etc. were provided. The staff at the reception was very kind and supportive. In case we needed something he sent us with everything we needed within minutes. Thank you so much for this and the positive attitude! The hotel is very close to two beach clubs and to the public beach (5 minutes). At the reception we received beach chairs and towels. The property has a pool and a jacuzzi as well. The water temperature was perfect. The furniture is a bit older, but everything was very clean. In the evening sometimes you can hear a bit noise from the 5th Avenida, but we (including our small children) had no problem with it.

WONDERFUL HOTEL SURROUDED BY JUNGLE

It is a condo hotel surrounded by a tropical jungle aeay from the loud banging music of PDC. The Manager Simone (viele danke) and staff was excellent except for one nasty guy Manuel st the reception . 5 minutes after the agreed checkout time ran into our room screeming and raising his voice . A guy like this should not be employed by an excellent hotel . He ruined all of our stay in this place

Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The main bedroom has one king-size bed, the second bedroom has 2 double beds, and the third bedroom has 2 individual beds. We can offer cribs and an extra bed. There is a large living and dining room and a nice balcony with chairs, tables, and hammocks.
