Hospitality Done Right

The service and staff here are absolutely impeccable. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It feels like the staff have been taught from a young age how to be accommodating, and it really shows in the way they treat guests. The location is great, very close to the airport which makes transfers super easy. The hotel is spotless, and the room always smells lovely after housekeeping has been in. Despite the large number of guests, the atmosphere remains quiet, calm, and relaxing. There are plenty of amenities to keep you busy, and the hotel is within walking distance of the aquarium, which is really convenient. The free Land of Legends experience included is an amazing bonus. Overall, an excellent place to stay warm hospitality, great facilities, and a peaceful environment. Highly recommended.

Zerrin was our trainer at the Rixos Sports Club, and working with her was truly inspiring. She guided us through Tabata, Pilates, and CrossFit sessions, always bringing energy and encouragement to every workout. Her ability to balance intensity with motivation made training both challenging and enjoyable. Beyond her technical expertise, Zerrin created a supportive atmosphere that pushed us to achieve more than we thought possible. She is not only a highly skilled coach but also a mentor who genuinely cares about our progress and well-being. The Pilates lessons were absolutely the best part of our training experience.
