Great family resort.

This is a great family hotel, there is everything for everyone. I enjoyed the pool aerobics in the mornings, the kids loved Rixy kids club which had so many activities ranging from cookie making, glass painting and kids boxing. The kids club staff were super friendly and warm towards the kids. My husband loved chilling by the pool with a refreshing drink and all the yummy grills. Access to land of legends is a great plus and the free daily shuttle is great. Highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel we had a blast. Yusuf from the front office was very helpful with amazing hospitality talent. The food was amazing, pool and beach so beautiful, kids club was very fun for the kids. I highly recommend the hotel for families

Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for only three nights and immediately regretted not having booked a longer stay. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt cared for throughout our entire visit. The service was exceptional in every aspect – thoughtful, professional, and always with a smile. The all-inclusive experience exceeded all our expectations. Whether it was the variety of delicious food, the refreshing drinks, or the relaxing atmosphere by the pool – everything was top-notch. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the trip to The Land of Legends theme park – an unforgettable adventure that added a magical touch to our holiday. Although our time was short, the memories we made will stay with us for a long time. We are already planning our next trip – but this time, definitely for longer. Thank you, Rixos Downtown Antalya, for a truly perfect getaway!

Good but there are better that offer better value

Overall this hotel is a very good standard, just a few niggles that impacted our stay. Pros - Exceptional gym, one of the best we have ever been to in a hotel. Fully equipped and lovely spa. - Beautiful Grounds, well maintained and a joy to walk around - Rooms, good standard, cleaned to a high standard every day and mini bar restocked every day. - Staff, pleasant and attentive and there are many of them. You did not wait long to be served. - Location - central and good links - Beach Bar - Fantastic. Shingle beach, so bring the right shoes - Lovely pools and a great Starbucks - Sunbeds. Always managed to get one. Plenty of parasols and shade too. Cons - Theme park is great BUT it is not a shuttle away, it is at least a 45 min drive away and at least one hour back in traffic. I don’t think the distance is advertised well. Nearly 2 hours traveling a day is a long time. - English isn’t very well spoken by most staff. We found it wasn’t geared up for Europeans overall. - Entertainment - There is no entertainment team whatsoever, so the hotel can lack atmosphere during the day. At night the entertainment is one band or singer which is repeated. There are no shows or alternative entertainment elsewhere. You could go to Land of Legends at night but it’s a long journey for children at that time and I do think the hotel should be providing more than a singer. - Kids Club - very well equipped lots to do, but staff lack enthusiasm, the gate is also often left open so isn’t secure. - Food, nice but repetitive. Breakfast is often cold. Overall it’s a good hotel, but I think for the price, you can go to much better hotels in Antalya. So I personally whilst I think it’s a good hotel, I wouldn’t return, as just not right for us.
