Exceptional Hotel

Highly recommended! Beautiful hotel for a family break. Hotel is classy, service is excellent, food is exceptional and facilities are second to none. Just got back from Rixos Premium - Family break for a family of 5 (kids 13, 10 and 7) - All had a brilliant break. Loads of a la carte options available, buffet’s great and to be able to access a 24 a la carte with no need to book, means you can have amazing food whenever the mood takes you. Premium drinks in the all inclusive, including a free re-stocked mini-bar. Rooms are exceptional, great gym, loads of poolside activities for adults and kids. Kids club was well put together, with plenty to do for those that wanted to participate. WhatsApp support from Mirkan and Eren was a nice touch - Providing a daily itinerary, answering all of our questions and helping us with any issues - Thank you! Belek City Centre was 5 mins away in a cab, so bag shopping was easy, with Land of Legends only 15/20 mins in the free shuttle. Truly excellent hotel - Would go again and certainly one of our favourite family hotels to date.

We had a truly exceptional stay at Rixos Premium Belek! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and even upgraded to a larger, more luxurious room, which made our experience even more special. The facilities are outstanding—everything is beautifully maintained and designed with families in mind. It’s incredibly family-friendly, with something for everyone, from the little ones to adults looking for a relaxing or active vacation. The food options were plentiful, delicious, and of high quality, catering to a wide range of tastes. Every meal felt like a treat. What really sets this resort apart is the amazing staff—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. A special shout-out to Elena Olkhovska, who went above and beyond to resolve a transportation issue for us. Thanks to her, our trip was seamless and enjoyable right to the very last minute. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-end, stress-free holiday in Belek!

Family Holiday

We have just returned from our family holiday 3ads and 2ch 6 & 4 and we have had a fab time! Firstly id like to thank our concierge Emine and Kaan on whatsapp they were always checking on us and keeping us up to date and if we ever needed anything they were more than accommadating (my partner wanted to watch the f1 and they opened the Irish bar in the day just for him to watch it) The pools area was lovely, we never had a problem getting a sunbed or a cabana, and the same goes for the childrens pool in the rixy kids club Food was fantastic, we visited all 4 a la carte restaurants and the Asian was by far the best closely followed by the Italian, the buffet was also lovely there was such a wide array of choice and thats for breakfast and dinner (didn't use it for lunch) We did visit land of legends on 3 occasions and this was a seamless experience, coaches went to and from a good times, giving you enough time there even if you wanted a quick visit, wristbands were given on arrival and no queues, I would say if anyone is considering fast passes then you would only really benefit in the water park side from them the theme park side we never queued for anything for longer than 5 mins. Our room was a 2-bedroom deluxe family and this was extremely spacious we 2 balconies and 4 beds and a childrens bed, minibar was stocked daily and so was the snack bar and if we ever needed anything else then all we had to do was send a message and someone was there within 15 mins to add anything, the only thing that we found was the beach was full of stones which we hadn't read about before hand so to get into the water it was quite uncomfortable on your feet but once past the pebbles you were fine, just not the best with kids that was all. We flew from stansted with sun express and I have to say they were fab, no issues, no delays, spacious seats, food was well priced and good, we even pre booked seats and had no issues with that either. Overall this was an amazing holiday and we would return in a heartbeat!!

A lovely hotel

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Worked well for us as a family. Staff were friendly and helpful A late check out was available (free till 2pm, then we paid) Lots of pool space and lots of sun beds - no need to get up early to reserve which was lovely. Lots of restaurants Gorgeous hotel grounds Games room was fab - little boy loved it Kids club was ok, nice activities but short at times. It would be great if the desserts were labelled in the evening buffet - hard to know what you were selecting. Not great for allergies. Hotel ‘supermarket’ shop was very expensive and nothing was priced.
