The Deluxe Room Garden View room had a pleasant interior and was OK in size, not spacious, but it was easy to fit in. Our room also had a side view of the sea. The mini bar fridge motor was noisy and disturbing at night. The overhead shower has a very large diameter and the water pressure (on the fifth floor) was too low for it to work properly. Also, more than half of the nozzles were clogged and it took me about 20 minutes to clean them, after which the situation improved a bit, but more pressure is still needed for such a large overhead shower to work properly. I really liked that you don't need to book sun loungers early in the morning. When we went to the beach at 9:30, we always found free sun loungers, even in the first row on the beach. The sun loungers have a very good thick mattress. The sunbed area on the beach was cleaned too rarely, by the evening large piles of empty bottles and cups accumulate near many sunbeds. The hotel beach is very long (supposedly 1 km), the beach is sandy with a few small pebbles at the water's edge. Three good large pools on the beach and one pool at the SPA complex, plus a children's area pool and pools in the territory of the suites and villas. There are enough tables in the buffet restaurant and there was never a problem finding a free table (there are few tables on the terrace and you may not always find a free table there). The choice of food is large and for every taste and the quality of the food is good for a buffet restaurant, but there are no delicacies there. A visit to all a la carte restaurants is included in the price, but it is only possible by prior reservation and it is difficult to get a reservation. Table reservations for dinner start at 10:00 and even if you do it right away at 10:00, it is best to get times after 21:00. This means that some guests can actually make reservations earlier in the priority queue. Also, not all food and drinks in the a la carte restaurant are free, and the prices of the products offered for a fee are as high as in a prestigious restaurant in the centre of Paris. Since the adult entertainment program starts around 21:30, you usually have to make a choice whether to go to the a la carte restaurant after 21:00 or still go to the buffet restaurant earlier and watch the evening entertainment program. A cafe with a very good selection of pastries. Two Starbucks cafes, one on the beach and the other in the main building. I'm not a big Starbucks fan, but their cappuccino was better than most other cafes. The cappuccino served in the buffet restaurant was particularly poor. The daytime entertainment program schedule is only known each morning and there is also no more detailed information about the evening show (there is only the name of the show). The assistants do not know the content of the evening entertainment either and getting this information was always a long process. It would be good to know the evening entertainment schedule in advance, because sometimes you want to go somewhere else in the evening and it would be good to choose an evening when the hotel entertainment is the least interesting. On the first evening we had an unpleasant experience when we skipped the Land of Legends evening show to watch the hotel entertainment program and the promised evening entertainment show was a dance show for children with cartoon heroes and the spectacular Live Performance at the beach cafe turned out to be just an ensemble whose soloist had apparently abandoned his vocal studies at a fairly early stage. We managed to visit the evening entertainment program three times, one was very good, the second was weak and the third was a children's performance. The soundly named Live Performance at the beach cafe simply has an ensemble and on two evenings they were good, one evening more or less and one evening weak. The territory is large, which means that there is a lot of walking. The territory is dominated by large, empty grass fields, there could be significantly more decorative landscaping. Visually very stylish SPA area. Unfortunately, our days were very densely furnished and we did not have time to visit the saunas, we only did a quick tour. Very comfortable underground parking. The bed mattress was too soft for my preferences. The welcome drinks and snacks table and selection were very modest to our surprise. In all other Turkish hotels we visited, it has been much more luxurious. We were waiting for a package to be delivered by a courier company. We have ordered packages to hotels in Turkey before and have never had any problems with it, but here it became a very big problem. We informed our assistant and also the administrator separately, just in case, and they allowed us to bring the package to our room. When the package was not delivered at the promised time, we contacted the courier company and it turned out that they were not allowed to pass through the hotel gate and the gate refused to inform us of the courier's arrival. We went to ask the hotel administrator and then there was a new administrator who said that the hotel's policy is that packages are not accepted and he doesn't know why we weren't told this earlier. Finally, we came to an agreement that we would be notified when the courier comes again and that we would have to go to the gate to pick up the package ourselves. The next day, we were not notified of the courier, but the package had been delivered to our room. Later, we saw that several other guests were also delivered packages by the courier company. Overall, a very good hotel, but from a hotel where room prices start at €1000 per night in the season, we expected more luxury and more entertainment. It seems that the majority of the cost is made up of a large selection of meals, Premium alcohol and a very high-level program for children, but since we rarely drink alcohol and eat moderately and travel without children, we paid too much compared to what we consumed. We have this problem with all all-inclusive hotels and the more expensive the hotel, the more you pay for what you don't actually consume.
