Family Trip with a 2-Year-Old Food:
Wow the food was honestly incredible! There were so many restaurants to choose from outside of the main buffet and we never had an issue with availability (we booked as soon as reservations opened online). The Greek restaurant was a highlight – not just delicious food, but such a fun experience! We danced to traditional Greek music with the staff, smashed a few plates and even our 2 year old was entertained with crayons and paper. The Asian restaurant is another ⭐️The food was absolutely top-notch beautifully plated food with edible flowers and creative touches. The staff went above and beyond making the experience feel really special. The only downside was Aksam – we had high hopes for a steak dinner, but almost all the steaks came with a steep price tag (up to €300!), which felt unreasonable considering other great restaurants were free (included in all inclusive). Pool:
The heated pool in early June was perfect especially for our toddler. It wasn’t overcrowded, and the staff were fantastic zooming around on roller skates taking drink orders while we relaxed in the sun. Total 5-star vibes! The one downside: the photographers. They have a shop inside the resort and repeatedly approached us (3–4 times in 5 days), trying to take photos. They even encouraged young kids to take pictures with their parrot without their parents present (as far as I could see)! It really disrupted the relaxed, luxury atmosphere. Rixos, please consider removing them it detracts from the experience especially when we’re paying for privacy and peace. Activities:
The kids’ pool area is a dream! There’s a full water playground that’s perfect for toddlers, and the nearby Rixy Clubhouse had cute activities, free popcorn, and drinks. There were even fun dance parties with mascots. There’s also a great playground, but a bit of shade would be nice so the slides and equipment aren’t too hot to use during the day. Staff:
The staff were amazing across the board. Special shoutout to the sushi chef at the buffet what a kind and talented man! Everyone made us feel so welcome, and they even extended our checkout time by three hours free of charge which was a huge help with a small child and a late flight. We would love to book another Rixos hotel againin another country but afraid that no one can even come close to belek Premium resort. They definitely set the bar high! ⭐️ My only tip don’t book more than 5 days with a 2 year old it would be too much for them. 5 days is well enough for such young children.

A special thank for the wonderful birthday arrangement for my 3-year-old daughter. It was beautifully done and created unforgettable memories for our family. Service is on point and very professional! From the meeting to the restaurants and the buffets, you can experience the best and kindest service you can get from the personal. The activities and entertainment during the days at the pool and nights at the bars is awesome! Definitely going to visit Rixos again!
