★★★★★ We have just returned home after an incredible stay at Rixos Premium Belek with my son, my friend and her twins, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived at around 11pm until the day we reluctantly left, every part of our holiday exceeded our expectations. Even though we arrived late, there was still plenty of food available, with the main buffet open until 2am and the 24-hour People’s Restaurant serving delicious food around the clock. After a long day of travelling, this was such a welcome touch and immediately set the tone for what turned out to be one of our favourite family holidays. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. There are three beautiful swimming pools, a gorgeous private beach just a two-minute walk away, and more food and drink options than you could ever need. We especially loved that there are two complimentary Starbucks cafés—one by  the beach and another inside the hotel in a breathtaking birdcage-style setting. There is also an arcade and a cinema showing different films every day, meaning there is always something to do whatever the weather or time of day. The pool service was fantastic too. Staff on roller skates regularly came around taking drink orders, or you could simply scan the QR code at your sunbed and have your drinks delivered straight to you. It’s little touches like this that really set Rixos apart. One of our favourite parts of the all-inclusive package was the complimentary Godiva Ice Cream and Cake Parlour, which quickly became a daily treat for both the adults and the children! It felt like every day we discovered another little luxury that was included. If you’re travelling with children, this hotel is simply outstanding. The kids’ club is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. There are dedicated areas for babies, toddlers and older children, plus an amazing teen room with multiple PlayStations, pool tables, air hockey and much more. Outside there are football pitches, basketball courts, trampolines, splash areas and endless organised activities throughout the day. My son is 11 and had never wanted to go to a kids’ club before, yet he couldn’t wait to go back every single day. One feature I particularly loved was the security system. If you don’t want your child leaving the kids’ club without you, they are given a special wristband that alerts staff if they try to leave, while your contact details are securely kept on file. It gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to genuinely relax knowing the children were safe. The entertainment throughout the resort was excellent, with spectacular evening shows on the main stage, live bands in the outdoor bar, fitness classes and activities throughout the day, and something happening every evening for both adults and children. There genuinely was never a dull moment. The food was exceptional, with an incredible variety available every single day. During your stay you’re also able to enjoy one complimentary visit to each of the à la carte restaurants, giving you the opportunity to experience several different cuisines. Our room was immaculate every single day. Housekeeping was faultless, and the minibar was fully restocked daily at no extra charge. The room was stocked with everything you could possibly need, including bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, luxurious towels, cotton buds, cotton wool, body scrub and many other thoughtful toiletries. Every little detail had clearly been considered to make guests feel comfortable. The private beach is beautiful, with its own beach bar just moments from the pools, and if you want to make your day even more special you can hire one of the luxurious beach cabanas for an additional charge. Another huge benefit is that guests receive complimentary admission to The Land of Legends Theme Park, with free shuttle buses running three times a day. The park itself is fantastic, with something for every age. Unfortunately, whilst we were there, my son was injured when one of the wall-mounted M&M sweet dispensers unexpectedly came away from the wall. He instinctively tried to stop it from falling onto one of my friend’s young twins and, in doing so, injured and bruised his hand. Thankfully he escaped with bruising and swelling, but the outcome could easily have been much worse had it fallen onto a younger child. We were disappointed with how the incident itself was handled by Land of Legends, as we felt our concerns regarding what we believe is an important health and safety issue weren’t taken as seriously as they should have been. Thankfully, this is where Rixos Premium Belek once again proved exactly why it deserves every one of its five stars. I would like to give the biggest thank you and recognition to our two incredible Guest Assistants, Emine KARAKOYUN and Mediya BAHREMAN. They were, without question, the heart of our holiday and the biggest reason it became so unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, they made us feel like we were their only guests. Every morning they sent us the daily activity programme via WhatsApp, checked in to make sure everything was perfect, and were always just a message away. No request was ever too much trouble, no question was too small, and every single message was answered within minutes with genuine warmth, kindness and enthusiasm. What stood out most wasn’t just how efficient they were—it was how much they genuinely cared. They didn’t make us feel like guests staying in a hotel; they made us feel like friends. Their kindness, compassion, professionalism and beautiful smiles shone through in everything they did, and they constantly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible holiday. When my son’s accident happened, they immediately stepped in without hesitation. They translated conversations, supported us throughout, helped us communicate with staff and made sure our concerns about the health and safety implications were fully understood. During what was quite an upsetting experience, they remained calm, caring and incredibly reassuring. Having them by our side made such a difference, and I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them. Their kindness didn’t stop there. As an incredibly thoughtful gesture, they arranged for us to enjoy a complimentary cabana the following day so we could simply relax and enjoy the rest of our holiday. It was such a generous surprise and one we will never forget. The genuine care they showed us wasn’t because they had to—it was because that’s simply the kind of people they are. They are a credit not only to Rixos Premium Belek but to the entire hospitality industry. Staff like Emine and Mediya are the reason guests return year after year. Finally, I want to say how amazing every single member of staff was throughout our stay. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, friendly and genuinely wanted us to have the best holiday possible. That level of service is rare, and it made all the difference. Rixos Premium Belek should be incredibly proud of every member of its team, but especially of Emine and Mediya. They perfectly represent everything that makes this resort so special. Thank you all for giving us memories that will last a lifetime. We laughed, relaxed, made unforgettable memories as a family and cannot wait to return. And to Emine and Mediya… thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We left feeling like we were saying goodbye to friends rather than members of staff. If we’re lucky enough to return, you’ll be the first people we hope to see again. ★★★★★

Shocking service. Child’s bed not made up. Stains on sofa bed. Poor communication between departments. Room wasn’t clean. Broken shards of glass on the bedroom floor. Dust, dirt and random screws. Room still wasn’t deep cleaned after this was brought to their attention. Difficultly making dinner reservations. They are unable to cater for those with allergies and intolerances. Whilst they may offer this service initially, once you arrive at breakfast the staff are clueless. And unfortunately in the end you become unwell. Once you return they then request a 5 star review , knowing all the issues you’ve had, and demand screenshots of your TUI review and trip advisor review. Surely you’d much rather I didn’t write anything? I’m not going to give you a false review like so many of these. False advertising

It was a very good holiday, my kids and I enjoyed our summer vacation at rixos it was a good choice. I want to thank my assistant Nabila Mrabti🩷 she was very kind and helpful.

This hotel is the best hotel I’ve ever been to. We booked this for our first full family holiday ( grandad and aunties included) You could not fault anything, the staff, the cleanliness, the food! Everything was perfect, nothing was a hassle. The staff on roller skates serving the drinks was amazing. No sunbed wars! There were so many to choose from and they were comfy! Helping yourself to towels and drinks whenever you needed them. The Starbucks on site that’s included. The amount of food options you had were out of this world. We ended up being upgraded to a villa, in ‘club prive’ - the food in the club house was exceptional! The staff were also amazing, always attentive and remembering my daughters breakfast order. The only thing that annoyed me, was there wasn’t a baby changing facility in every bathroom. We were in the lobby bar, and I went to go change my daughter and there wasn’t one in that bathroom, I had to walk along to the other end of the hotel to find the baby changing. It’s not the end of the world, but would be great if they were in every bathroom. Would recommend this to anyone, I would most definitely go back!
