Excellent service and great location Stayed for 7 nights. The hotel is close to the beach and local shops. Rooms are clean and modern. The service was outstanding—staff were helpful and attentive at all times. Breakfast was fresh and varied. Highly recommend. Excellent service and great location

We loved our experience, I have two children, one 2 year old and one 6, there are lots of different activities, both kids loved it here. The staff are excellent, all speak english very well, and always smiling, thanks for everything Rixos! We loved!

My holiday went beautiful! We are very satisfied of the food of facility. A special touch by Kaan Tekinel, from guest relations. He got us a unforgettable experience… We really like the Bar service we had. Lotus, vista bars are excellent. We will definitely come back!

My beautiful holiday! Foods were nice, bar service was excellent! There was a beautiful detail in our holiday, Kaan Tekinel! He made us ala carte reservation and he was very very friendly. Room cleaning was excellent and we are really satisfied with our staying!

Amazing holiday for parents, kids and nan!

This was my first trip to Turkey, and I have to say the Rixos did not disappoint. We had 2 x Pool Suites for 10 days which are part of the Premium room range. With these rooms you can eat at the Veranda Restaurant (which is a buffet for pool villas and suites) and can enjoy 3 x Al la carte meals as part of your stay. We ate at the Mandarin Chinese twice and Italian once. Both were excellent. Our 10 year old son was well catered for with kids club. Lots for his age group including football (morning and evening) and PlayStation room to escape the heat. The water slides were fabulous and we participated in some water skiing at the water sports centre. Again this was well organised and really enjoyable…. The main buffet restaurant (Turquoise) gets really busy, and we were glad we had the Veranda option. We booked an appointment with the Premium Villa Manager to view the premium villas and they are pricey but amazing. Mr Hazman invited us as his guests on our last night to enjoy the premium a la carte which is only available to Premium and Executive Villa guests. This was such a lovely gesture and we are definitely going to book for next year. Your Holiday Assistants are in WhatsApp are amazing and such lovely people. Special recognition for Zeki who helped with restaurant bookings and lots more… he was the most amazing guy! If we had to be picky, the cleaner we had wasn’t great, and whilst the resort is emaculate, I felt our room could have been cleaned better (I am fussy though!). The staff are amazing, but their English isn’t always great and you need to be patient and try and explain…. All in all though- we would give it a 10 / 10 and will defo be booking for next May!
