Excellent Service and Great Food – Highly Recommended

We had a wonderful stay! The service was outstanding – from the reception desk to the assistants and waitstaff, everyone was exceptionally friendly and professional. A special thanks to Aliya and Kaan, who were always helpful and kind. The breakfast was a daily highlight, especially the croissants and the orange juice – and I’m quite picky when it comes to those! The food overall was consistently satisfying, with a good variety and quality. The hotel facilities were all very well maintained and spotless – everything felt clean and taken care of. On days when we slept in a bit longer, our room was occasionally not refreshed because the housekeeping staff had already passed by. However, the housekeeping service was always available on request and promptly followed up when we asked. This was a very minor issue in an otherwise excellent experience. We'd absolutely come back and can fully recommend the hotel.

Special thanks to Aliya and Kaan for their exceptional personal support and near 24/7 availability – they truly went above and beyond. Also, a big thank you to Saikal, Zeki, and Aykut for their daily warm greetings and constant kindness. Their friendliness made every day special. And of course – the sea! Crystal clear and stunning. Perfect for relaxing and swimming. Highly recommended

The RIXOS chain is a very good brand. Rooms 8/10, cleaning 9/10, food 9/10. If someone likes alcohol and cocktails, they will be very pleased. There is a large selection of bottled beers (Bud, Miller, Becks, Efez - three types). Spirits - a very large selection (you can choose 12-year-old whiskeys). Cocktails are served in glasses and made fresh and from good products. The biggest thanks to the staff, who constantly take care of you via WhatsApp. Has your minibar run out? No problem. Write to us - we will bring what you need ... The hotel is definitely recommended!!!
