Rocabella Santorini Hotel & Spa

Very disappointed. Photos are Wow but rooms are average . Mentioned caldera view we cannot view anything . Pool is not heated and very deep and bath tub size . Serves no purpose .very deserted. Very basic toiletries and thin towels Restaurant closed For dinner in October . Far from fira and oia And taking a cab is an only Option which turns out expensive. The hotel offers a lot of services at a cost . Staff is nice and cordial. But in night its scary .of coming post September do not choose this hotel .

We had our wedding here and it was truly exceptional. The entire Rocabella team is outstanding!!! Thank you all SO much for our perfect wedding day. You guys are amazing.

We had an issue with noise and were given another room. Very solid breakfast, good service at the bar as well. Highly recommended!

Where do I even begin, Imagine the most perfect location, the most perfect accommodation, the kindest people, the most helpful people, the most beautiful view, all wrapped up in one. This is exactly what Rocabella is. From the very first conversation with Athina regarding accommodation possibilities, to my first conversation with the sales department, to my first email with Katerina, I have never in my life encountered such professionalism and people who truly love what they do. With every correspondence with any member of the beautiful Rocabella team, I always felt like everything was going to be okay, even a year before our actual wedding. Every single question I had was always answered without any annoyance or impatience. Once arriving to the hotel, we were greeting by George and Nikos and there were always smiling faces in the reception area. They were so helpful with us from getting all of our suitcases into the rooms, to making sure we had everything we needed every day and finally, after I made a mistake in the booking, they did us a huge favor and let us stay in our original room. Now, regarding the wedding day, I cannot thank Katerina and Katerina enough for all of their hard work, their help and their constant positivity, even when I thought things weren't going according to plan. I cannot explain how kind it was for them to constantly be there for me for all situations during the planning process and then the actual wedding day. The wedding turned out even more beautiful that I expected it ever to be, truly a dream. Throughout the evening, I kept looking around in pure awe at how beautiful they made our day. And also, thank you to George the manager for constantly opening up our suite for all of us because we kept misplacing the original key haha . Finally, a special thank you to the owner of Rocabella for gifting us wine from his personal collection. We are going to pop it open on our first anniversary! To make a long story short, PLEASE BOOK ROCABELLA because you will literally never regret the best decision you could make!
