Not enough beds at pool for size of hotel reception area very rude most staff very rude cost us 400euros in beach for beds during stay very rude to my friend she booked a sea view and got a corner with huge fence very rude when she asked for a different room would go bk to Portugal not roccomar they do a cocktail roccomar smile give the staff one please not value for money speak to you as if you were a child never again x

Absolutely terrified leaving

t had the most unpleasant stay of my life. Me and my wife are in our late 40s. On arrival we had to pay a unexpected 500 deposit. Then one night I went to reception at 9pm to ask if there was any water for sale because the bar closes early, to my horror I was told to drink from my tap. This was all from a bald man at the reception desk. One evening he even just let himself into our room while we slept and was just told its his hotel he can come in whenever he likes. He also had a foul odor comin from him. This hotel should really look at replacing this staff member.

Avoid at all costs. Staff were extremely aggressive and rude and we were charged an extortionate 500 euro deposit upon check-in. The hotel manager entered our room and threatened to 'bitch' slap my friend if he did not 'behave' himself. I cannot prove it, but I belive that the hotel manager's actions were homophobically motivated.

Hotel staff didn’t seem to want to help in any way when we arrived we were hit with an outrageous deposit request , my self and my boyfriend did not have much for our 4 days away so this really impacted our stay , we waited 20 mins at the bar pool with no serivce , our key card stopped working and ask for it to be fixed we were shouted at with a lobby full off people , My self and Chris will never stay there again
