Nice Hotel

My daughter and I had a pleasant week at the Palace. Our room was nice and had a very nice view of the Sea. Lifts were a nightmare, found myself using the stairs more often than not. The food was nice, varied but I would have preferred it with a bit more heat through it.All inclusive drinks were served in small paper cups, this is a dreadful idea. Interactions with the staff were warm, pleasant and helpful. I would certainly stay here again but not all inclusive. The main entertainment was held in the dome, which is essentially like sitting in a greenhouse. All said, nice place, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Far from 5 star more like a 3 star

This hotel is far from a 5 star experience. On check in could smell the musty carpets along the corridor. The rooms are very dated. Breakfast the hot food was freezing cold everyday during our 5 day stay. Evening food choice was better but the service to get a drink was around 45 minute wait and the wine they serve is warm and out of a wine box not a bottle? not what you expect for a 5 star experience. Very selected drinks available on the all inclusive menu. First hotel ever not to include baileys and the worst experience in the evening is that the bar staff insist on serving wine in paper cups which I have never experienced before? On challenging the staff could hear them bad mouthing when we walked off commenting what do we expect? Not a paper cup in the bar area in the evenings that’s for sure! If you self catering you get a pint glass but all inclusive you get paper cup. Pool staff work hard but their cruella boss spoke awful to them and shouted at them from her bar stool ant the side of the bar all day long. The staff looked scared of her it was that bad! Entertainment staff work hard and although the hotel is in need of a desperate renovation they work hard to keep clean. Many of the sunbeds were broken. I would return to Rhodes but wouldn’t return to this hotel unless it had a major refurb. The photos and videos you see online are not current which I find misleading!

I was in Rhodos palace 1week ago,I wish to be there again, so hotel it’s very big with very nice pool area,but missing sunbed,with had good time with billy very funny man,just the food need to be better ,so it was good experience to visit Rhodes,see u another time by

awful hotel , broken lifts all week the one that was working u had to wait for 20 mins for , food the same everyday, all inclusive was not as a lot of the bars you had a charge still , can’t get a sunbed unless u are up at 7am , 5 star hotel my foot , it is more like a 3 if that , don’t waste your money
