Definetely not 5 start- maybe 2 Some staff very good, some quite bad. The rooms need an update badly. We had small children and froze at the pools, including the indoor pool- not heated. We were not allowed to take snacks up to the rooms even when explained the small children are not awake or cannot eat when is so busy. Had no drinkable water for days in the rooms, even if requested multiple times.

Filthy. Rude staff. You need to pay extra for the VIP treatment. Love holidays room were not as advertised. Never spent a day at the pool due to sunbed wars. When we asked for 3 bath towels for 3 guests we were told we'd have to pay extra as only 2 towels were included. Poor service. Would not recommend. See attached photos.

They took a deposit and didn't return it for no reason. Be careful if you travel there. !!!! Attention!!! 100eur 💸 No one responds, only promises to return it tomorrow. Completely untrustworthy hotel, where they can deceive and cheat you out of money.
