All is at the best. We have nothing to comment. All our requiremwnts were fullfiled with a smile on a face. The blonde boy from the receiption is was extremly polite and profesional. Enjoy the sea and the island! 🙂

I came here with my family for a week and we all agreed it is the best hotel in Europe we have stayed in! We didn’t arrive to the hotel until around 3am and was greeted with an upgrade which was really nice, we were also told that due to us missing our evening meal we could have either pick a day to have lunch or have it the evening we left and as we didn’t leave until late it was very useful. Everything about the hotel is beautiful, the pool area is very spacious lots of room and sun beds, the pool is a lagoon style with a bar in the middle. The pool bar was lovely we ate lunch there everyday the food was brilliant and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly by the end of the week they were more like friends! We stayed in a superior room which was very spacious and modern. The grounds that the hotel are set in are also loverly with the beach right in front of the hotel. The sun beds were also the comfiest sun beds I’ve ever lay on , they were padded with pillows never felt uncomfortable once lying on them! The food here was also incredible we had breakfast and evening meal and wow just amazing, there was so much choice and the meat they served literally melted in your mouth. They also had a wonderful selection of puddings, each night we were very happy with our meals. While this was an amazing hotel there are some slight negatives, the hotel entertainment in my opinion wasn’t amazing and some of the nights it wasn’t even outside, it also felt like the entertainment was more for older adults even though there was lots of young children there. Due to the hotel not having much to do outside of it I think the entertainment could be a bit more lively. This isn’t the hotel fault but something to note the beach is stones so getting in and out the sea can be difficult I would recommend buying sea shoes especially if your older. We also had an issue with our shower where it kept flooding each day we did speak to reception but nothing seemed to get fixed even though they said they were sending up the maintenance. The only other issue I have with this hotel is there lack of changing facilities for people who are leaving late. We didn’t get picked up until 9pm and were told there was a shower room we could use, the shower room was outside by the pool and was only one shower , in my opinion a 5 star hotel should have better changing facilities not just a shower room by the pool I’ve stayed in 3 star hotels with proper air coned rooms to shower and change. These negatives are probably me just being a bit picky but wanted to give a full review of bad and good Even with the few negatives we would 100000% stay here again in fact we are already looking for next year.

It was a wonderful hotel, very clean, friendly staff and exceptional food. Beach and water were spotless. We would definitely go again.

What an excellent experience! The hotel is lovely – the room was clean, modern, and well planned out, and sleeping accommodations were just right. The food is excellent! The pool and access to the sea were perfect. The staff are kind and professional, and the service throughout the hotel was superb. Highly recommend!

I’m currently staying at the Rodos Palladium Hotel in Rhodes, for the second time and it has been an amazing family holiday experience once again. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the exceptional service, the warm atmosphere, and the beautiful views and surroundings. I’d give it more stars if I could! Location: The hotel’s location is perfect. Situated on the crystal clear shores of Kallithea Beach, it offers breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. We had easy access to a variety of local attractions, including the the Old Town, Kalethia Springs and the picturesque Anthony Quin beach, as well as Faliraki. The local shops, cafes, and historical sites are all within a short drive or even a leisurely walk away. Food: Let me talk about the food, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The variety was amazing, with something to suit every taste and dietary preference. The hotel’s restaurant offers a perfect mix of international cuisine and local Greek dishes with fresh, local ingredients. The Greek Souvlaki, lamb wnd lemon potatoes and the fresh seafood were among the standout dishes for me. We also enjoyed a number of international options, all of which were cooked to perfection. Management & Service: A special mention to the General Manager and the entire management team. Their leadership and commitment to creating an outstanding guest experience were evident throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and truly valued. I was particularly impressed by how they took the time to personally engage with guests, building genuine rapport and ensuring that everything was running smoothly. You can really feel the warmth of their hospitality here. Cleanliness & Facilities: The hotel was impeccably clean, with rooms that were fresh, modern, and comfortable, definitely recommend the sea view options. The housekeeping team is fantastic — everything was spotless, and they took great care in maintaining the hotel's high standards. The pool area is incredible. With plenty of space to relax, lounge chairs for everyone, and beautiful surroundings, it was easy to spend the whole day just soaking in the sun. The spa, fitness center, and various other facilities (like the tennis courts and beach activities) were also great, offering something for everyone. Values: The hotel really lives up to its values, as mentioned on their website. Their commitment to sustainability, guest well-being, and quality service was evident in every interaction and aspect of the hotel. Whether it was their environmentally-conscious practices or their focus on providing a truly personalized experience, I felt like they genuinely cared about making our stay as memorable as possible. Overall, the Rodos Palladium Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s an experience. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes.
