Overall Impression The hotel fell somewhat short of the high expectations set by the travel agency's description and previous glowing reviews. The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff, while the main drawbacks included a highly impractical bathroom design, poor soundproofing, and a chaotic atmosphere in the main restaurant. We had truly looked forward to this stay and wished we could score it higher, but due to these issues—alongside an unreasonably high fee for a late checkout (only until 5:00 PM)—our overall rating lands on a weak 3 out of 5. The Staff The staff members were absolutely fantastic throughout our entire week. We encountered some initial issues on our first day that caused us a fair amount of stress and frustration. However, the team took full responsibility, acknowledged the mistake on their end, listened attentively to our experience, and did everything they could to rectify it. They even followed up later to ensure everything was fully resolved. While we were highly impressed by their professionalism, the initial trouble unfortunately left us feeling like we didn't want to become "the guests who complain about everything." As a result, we chose not to report subsequent issues, which ultimately impacted our overall impression. That being said, we want to emphasize how wonderful the staff is. They are hardworking, incredibly pleasant, highly entertaining, and clearly take pride in their workplace. The Rooms We stayed in a room located in the newer, significantly quieter section of the hotel. The room itself was spacious, bright, clean, and fresh, boasting a fantastic sea view and comfortable beds. The minibar (stocked with soft drinks, water, and two beers) was replenished every other day. The Bathroom (Major Disappointment): The biggest negative of our stay was the bathroom design. It lacked a proper, solid door, featuring only a frosted glass saloon-style swinging door that could not be locked. Furthermore, it did not cover the frame, leaving large gaps at the top, bottom, and sides. This total lack of privacy and isolation is a major flaw. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone who values basic privacy. Additionally, the toilet bowl was loose and made a loud noise whenever moved, and the metal drain cover in the shower was broken and came loose. (Please note that we chose not to report these bathroom maintenance issues during our stay). Room Comfort & Soundproofing: The room was extremely cold. We felt forced to turn off the air conditioning entirely, which unfortunately resulted in poor air quality. The soundproofing was also quite poor, and we could clearly hear staff members shouting outside our door from around 7:30 AM onwards. Connectivity: While the TV technically had casting capabilities, it did not work, and the hotel staff confirmed that this feature was unavailable for guests. Additionally, the hotel provides an unsecured, open Wi-Fi network. Beach, Pools, and Public Facilities The Beach: A lovely, relatively peaceful beach with plenty of complimentary, reasonably comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. The Pools: Two large pools with less comfortable loungers (though a few premium models were scattered around). There was incredibly loud music playing, particularly in the afternoons, but given that this is an entertainment-focused hotel, this is to be expected. Public Restrooms: Conveniently located near the restaurants and kept clean, though most of them lacked functioning locks. The Gym: Well-equipped and open from early morning, though it unfortunately lacked exercise mats. Dining & All-Inclusive Experience Main Restaurant: Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the food here was perfectly fine with plenty of options, though nothing stood out as exceptional. The acoustics in the dining hall are very poor, making the atmosphere feel incredibly hectic and chaotic. Dining here can be quite stressful unless you hit the right timings. We highly recommend not having dinner before 8:00 PM. Breakfast was only peaceful on the day we arrived early around 7:00 AM. The hectic environment and long queues are largely due to poor restaurant logistics. However, the service staff here remained incredibly pleasant and accommodating. Beach Restaurant: A much calmer alternative. They serve fantastic pizzas, gyros, and soft-serve ice cream. Pool Restaurant (Lunch): A rather bland and uninspiring venue with a limited lunch selection, but very convenient if you prefer not to change out of your swimwear to visit the main restaurant. Asian À La Carte Restaurant: Guests are entitled to dine here once per week as part of the All-Inclusive package. However, the menu selection is restricted, and drinks (including coffee, but excluding water) are not included. That said, the food served was delicious, and the beverage prices were reasonable. Pool Restaurant (Evening À La Carte): Also available once per week under the All-Inclusive program. This option allowed us to choose freely from the menu, and the portions were very generous, filling, and tasty. Drink prices matched those of the Asian restaurant. Snacks & Bars: Pancakes, waffles, and ice cream are readily available throughout the day. The bar drinks were decent and met the standard expectations for an All-Inclusive resort, though certain cocktails carry an extra charge.
