had an excellent experience at the Royal Continental Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Mubashir at the reception. From the moment I arrived, he was courteous, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He handled the check-in process efficiently, answered all my questions with a smile, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed about the hotel amenities. Mubashir's attention to detail and warm demeanor truly set the tone for a pleasant stay. It's always refreshing to meet staff who clearly care about guest experience, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect
