Royal Continental Hotel - Dubai Airport

Our stay at the Royal Continental Hotel has been truly wonderful. From the very beginning, all the staff were extremely professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly. We stayed here for quite a long time, and what really stood out was how the hotel began to feel like home. The atmosphere is welcoming, comfortable, and caring — it honestly felt like being among family rather than just staying at a hotel. The hotel is also very clean and well maintained. Everything is immaculate. We want to thank the wonderful reception team at Royal Continental Hotel. Fady, Mirza, Daud, Arcely, Ibrar and Esraa were always incredibly professional, helpful, and welcoming whenever we needed assistance. Their kindness and friendly attitude truly made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Miss Nan, Miss Jane and Mostafa for their warmth and support, from the reservations team. We would also like to sincerely thank the wonderful concierge team who were always ready to help us with kindness and professionalism. Sharath, Hussain, Fleury, Bolas, Asif, Ramesh and Shadiullah were all incredibly attentive and supportive throughout our stay. Their kind presence created such a welcoming atmosphere. It wasn’t about tasks or favors; it was their personalities, their attention to people, and the way they made every interaction feel personal and caring.Their friendly nature and simply greeting us warmly every day made our day. We will always remember them with gratitude. We would like to give a big thank you to the breakfast and dining team who made every morning so pleasant and welcoming. Mostafa, Bilal, Agnel, Dushanthi, and Sunny were always attentive, cheerful, and extremely professional. Their friendly and caring service made our dining experience truly enjoyable and added a lovely start to each day. We are deeply grateful to the housekeeping team — Raj, Abdullah, Kondal, Mithal, Ananta, and Dilip — for keeping our stay so comfortable. Their attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness truly made the hotel feel like home. Their hard work, professionalism, and friendly nature did not go unnoticed, and it made a huge difference in creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment throughout our stay. Lastly but not least we would also like to thank from Security Amad, Osama, Jawad, Ejaz, Iftikhar and Yahya for being so kind and helpful. We are very grateful to Mr Ehab and Mr Tamer and their supportive, professional team which is the backbone of the hotel, for making our time here so pleasant and memorable, and we would highly recommend the Royal Continental Hotel to anyone looking for a place that combines professionalism with warmth and care. This is a nice place to stay in Dubai, it’s clean, friendly staff, very nice breakfast, rooms look remodeled. Close to a City Center mall. 10 min taxi ride to the airport. Beds and bedding is good. Bed is firm but not hard. It’s comfortable and homey feelings. They also provide a cii out pole bottles of water. O The bathrooms are small but clean, and it’s a tub shower. (I was worried about that). But the tub is not slick and has traction. If you’re short (I’m 5’6”) then it could be a little difficult to get in and out of the tub. I’m happy I stayed here for a couple nights and think this is a great mid range priced hotel to stay and in Dubai.
