Relaxing vibe and a beautiful location.

First and foremost, the most wonderful, attentive staff. The property is pristine, the beach is beautiful and two pools to choose from. Food options to numerous to mention, with a la carte available if you so choose. The cottages are spacious and a quick jaunt to the ocean. We have personally met the new Management Tram who are 💯 percent engaged with both the clients and employees. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Limited but good customer service

It was a very good experience for me minus the cats. The customer service was real good, however, meals options were limited during snack time. I understand as the occupancy level was low during my visit, however for “snack time” I wasn’t given an option, it was just fish and fries and I do not like fish. For breakfast, there was only orange juice available apart from coffee and tea, again, I am unable to drink orange juice/citrus. Breakfast started at 7:30 and I had to wait until the bar opened shortly after 9 to get a different drink. Apart from the above mentioned, the customer experience was real good as I went for a birthday celebration and I must say, the room was decorated nicely and the dinner table that was reserved was decorated and a card given. Noise level was low, there was good entertainment as they had a movie night and the property was clean. I am pleased and believe I got value for the money spent.

Warm, witty, kid-friendly staff and accommodations

Twas an impromptu birthday hotel flex and you did not disappoint. The food, competitions, trivias, evening entertainment and accommodations were all perfect for my family of 5. The staff? Warm, witty and kid-friendly even helped when my 8 y.o. wanted "whatever Daddy's drinking" by giving er the virgin mango daiquiri lol. Solid unbiased 9/10.
