Here are just a few things that went wrong: - no hot water throughout the stay - rude staff - no face towels, no hand towels - then NO TOWELS at all; had to ask for towels and was often told, we don't have clean towels available - noisy - often screaming on a mic - food would run out and would not be replenished - always a LONG line at the front desk - NO elevator at all - if you have health issues don't stay here - grown men flirting and trying to get numbers of 13-14 year old girls

Amazing ! this was one of the more budget friendly all-inclusives in the area and we loved it. traveling with my daughter 10 and her mom and my son 2 with his mom so a blended family and we could not say enough good things about the resort. all the rooms had an ocean view (amazing) and it was on the small side but we loved it and staff so nice and food was great! the hotel was built 20+ years ago and the weather was a bit different back in the day...the main buffet does not have air-conditioning but a lot of fans so not that bad but good to know if its on the hotter side and you dont like the heat. Please remember it's not the fanciest hotel but for the money...we loved it ! close to the airport and we took a taxi to the airport when we left as the bus left so early so don't be scared, just talk with the Secuity in the lobby at the entrance and they will help you out. my ex and daughter did have an issue with the air conditioner the first night but it was fixed the next day and did take a bit but they did their best and very apologetic so it was not a deal breaker...it happens !! all the staff seemed to be helpful when you asked but it was hot so some facile expression's may not be upbeat and cheery but when you say hi or good morning ...everyone seemed happy and always seemed genuine with a response. we all had a great experience and would for sure go back. thank you from Toronto Ont. Staff was excellent, resort was horrible. No wash cloths, no hot water, toilet was broken, room barely was clean. Wifi wasn’t good. No blankets.

Quite possibly the WORST resort ever. Issues like no towels, had to repeatedly ask and still no towels. The shower door doesn’t close properly so all the water was spilling. The bed sheets were dirty. I spent most of my first day going up and down and calling them about the issues. There is no care or consideration. DO NOT STAY HERE. Like everyone else said, save your money.

It was a great experience however property needs better towels and stuff took really long to get them maintenance needs to move faster, there seem to be limited staff working at check in wasn't so bad Sean was the only 1 I saw working on check in that guy needs a raise to the amount of work he was doing and still had that positive high energy to make us laugh he actually made our family stay way much better when ever we are upset and I observed he had done it for others as well some might be angry at him for hotel's management faults, yelling at him for forks and plates like how lol but he always remain cool, the food was good especially on a Wednesday and Saturday a very few of the bar staff was good the restaurants needs more staff they perform as if they are tired most work really hard I can see, I would say my family and I would come back but the towels and blankets takes forever to come it is a nice resort but the smallest things are killing the resort no irons for room we have to request that omg. Overall it's a beautiful resort oh and house keeping takes some time to clean our room take stuff and never return them like towels and sheets. The nightly entertainment was not bad shout out to the coordinators, I know we'll be back bye to our friend Sean at the front desk such an amazing guy we hope to see him again the kids love him.
