I stayed at Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach, A Trademark All-Inclusive Resort for a week, and although our trip was unexpectedly impacted by Hurricane Melissa, the staff went above and beyond in every possible way. Even during the storm, the workers showed remarkable dedication and courage, risking their own safety to ensure that every guest was cared for. They continued to provide meals, checked on everyone regularly, and kept the atmosphere as calm and positive as possible despite the circumstances. A special mention to MJ, who was an outstanding host — professional, attentive, and full of positive energy. MJ’s expertise and genuine hospitality made a big difference during a very difficult situation. The resort’s commitment to guest safety and comfort truly stood out. It’s clear that the team here cares deeply about their guests. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness, bravery, and exceptional service throughout my stay. I will definitely return in the future — not only for the beautiful beach and great amenities, but because of the amazing people who make this resort feel like home, even in the middle of a storm.
