Awesome hotel and the best breakfast menu I’ve ever had - so clean yet filling - you can order more than one dish offa menu, and they provide a buffet - the porridge was so good I had it as desert daily! Lunch - plenty of choice and reasonably priced for a 5* - lots of places in walking distance. Gym - very good for holiday gym, prob one of the best I’ve been too, bottled water in the gym for all too - does get busy as bit of a heath gaff in that respect. Rooms - huge, with lovely bath in the room - tv could stream Netflix/prime etc and the bed was massive, like huge - much bigger room that I expected. Food - this is what sets the place apart, the Michelin stuff is obviously great, but even the Italian was excellent - it’s a 3/4 min walk from beach from restaurants which are also good. We did 2 out of the 3 Michelin and will do the other on our return - the 2* place was very good imo, it just went on a touch too long, at 3 hours for a sitting that’s a long time to eat dinner (not hotels fault) Service - 10/10 and very attentive , everyone was helpful. Location - perfect, been Tenerife about 8 times and this was my fav location - 10 mins in a cab to water park, 20 mins to airport and lots of restaurants in a 5 mins in a cab or 5 mins walk. One minor issue. The hotel was very very clean, but without notice they starting ripping up all the decking around the pool, this lasted for the entire last 3 days of our trip - it was so noisy that we switched pools at one stage, and it’s obviously an eyesore. I fully get this has to be done and Tenerife is open all year round, but surely May/June is start of peak season, so we found it strange that this was the time they decided. Most of all, think when paying nearly 4k for a 9 night trip, we shouldve have got a heads up.
