Excellent villas! Location brilliant only a short walk from the heart of Seminyak. But set back enough to be quiet and tranquil. The staff are fantastic and on hand to help you out with whatever you need and the breakfast was great as well. The treated us naturally like royalty - thank you for making our honeymoon stay in Seminyak special!

This is our second stay at Royal Samaja villas we stayed in 05 for over 3 weeks The first week we had breaky included which was wonderful We went to the restaurant each morning even though we could have had in the villa but the wonderful staff were so welcoming each morning and the food was brilliant The villa was cleaned each day while we were having breaky Complementary bottled water and lovely fluffy towels Each morning the welcome at reception with Santi was consistence with all staff here at Samaja We have booked again for next Sept/Oct Location is so easy to Eat Street and Seminyak Village and square as well as Griild The greeting at the Airport to the drop off last evening is so important in making a very memorable holiday

The villa is super old and need hug fully renovation you can see the furniture and the area around the pool and the toliet once you enter your villa Sun bed with big stains Bed extremely old wooden with bad smell and bad over look Toilet so bad and old 24/7 motorcycles and noise from the street and villa on the street Advoied this place if you want normal holiday

Perfect paradise!

Beautiful. We stayed here to end our phenomenal trip to Bali and it was definitely - the best til last! The villas are stunning and the staff are friendly and accommodating. We did a floating breakfast one morning which I would absolutely recommend as it was a lovely touch to a perfect stay! If you are looking for an idyllic, intimate place to stay in Seminyak - these are the villas for you! The photos are exactly like the real thing.
