Nice location hotel, with good restaurant.

Very good location, walking distance to Kuta beach, near to a lot of nice food places, and shopping area. However the hotel is quite worn out. the bath room bathtub is without safety hand rail which is quite dangerous when we are moving in or out after shower. We were upgraded to a suite on the last 2 nights, the bathroom was not able to drain, as there were hair clogged, asked the technician to come however, it was not resolved.

Good location, simple hotel

I decided to pick this hotel because the place I usual stay was much more expensive than usual. The hotel is along busy street and the entrance area is occupied by the restaurant. I had to drop off at the side of the road to walk in. The room is bit dated, but clean. My room was on the first floor facing the back of the hotel and quiet. The room is small, but ok for a solo traveller. The location is quite central and easy to explore Kuta area. The hotel is very simple and it is more like city hotel. Not much resort feeling.

Comfortable Stay

I recently stayed in this hotel and it is near to kuta beach. Smooth checkin-out process and rooms are clean. Big Led smart tv and wifi with avg speed.The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning. The staff are good to understand english and guide throughout my trip.

Great location, but awful housekeeping

I have a mixed feeling about the hotel. I stayed in the new suite room so the room is in good condition. However, the housekeeping was appaling. The bathroom was not properly cleaned so there hairs in the shower, cofffe stains on the wall and there were still some dirt on the room floor. That’s a shame since it was a suite room which is supposed to be the more expensive one. On the plus side, the staff were corteous and helpful. The location is really good for Kuta area. So overall, I hope they are improving the housekeeping aspect of their property.

Excellent Hotel and Great location for walking within Kuta area. Very quiet rooms. Great value for money. Nice refurbished spacious rooms with all your needs. Superb roof top pool with swim up bar. Food service was really good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Recommend staying here.
