Although all the staff were friendly i would like to give a special mention to YULI , AYU andCRISTINA as they always had a friendly smile and nothing was too much effort for them . The highlight was the night of my birthday some of the team came to my door with cake and sang happy birthday to me. They should all be proud of themselves. The location to shops, beach massage places and restaurants was excelent .I felt comfortable and at home during my stay. I will be staying here again. 10/10

Very good location, walking distance to Kuta beach, near to a lot of nice food places, and shopping area. However the hotel is quite worn out. the bath room bathtub is without safety hand rail which is quite dangerous when we are moving in or out after shower. We were upgraded to a suite on the last 2 nights, the bathroom was not able to drain, as there were hair clogged, asked the technician to come however, it was not resolved.

I decided to pick this hotel because the place I usual stay was much more expensive than usual. The hotel is along busy street and the entrance area is occupied by the restaurant. I had to drop off at the side of the road to walk in. The room is bit dated, but clean. My room was on the first floor facing the back of the hotel and quiet. The room is small, but ok for a solo traveller. The location is quite central and easy to explore Kuta area. The hotel is very simple and it is more like city hotel. Not much resort feeling.
