Let's make this short and sweet. Avoid the people to the right, you do NOT need to see them. They are liars! And only care about their win and interest! Avoid victor at all cost, he is RUDE and unhelpful. The only good things from the hotel, Jonathan at the buffet, Eduardo at the pool was amazing! And does a lot. Tip him please! The cleaning ladies are sweet and helpful! Like I said, avoid the people to the right! Food is horrible

Trip was excellent, upon arrival Adrian Julio was very helpful friendly and welcoming. Super clean service is exceptional and staff is super nice! Daily room service. All the activities are close to this resort. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Free Wi -Fi, Lagoon view fitness center, Oceanfront outdoor jacuzzis, Hospitality room available for early check-in and late check-out. 24 hours- Room service. The hotel will charge an additional fee of $25.35 MXN (Mexican pesos) per room, per night. This is a municipal tax due to environment sanitation.
