Another Great week at Royal Solaris

The Cancun Solaris properties seem to go above and beyond for the Presidential members. The Presidential Rooms are fantastic and the pools accommodations with the special area and cabanas is really nice and the fact there is a (great) dedicated pool waiter. The restaurants are all good and really appreciate the adults-only ones at the GR Caribe. Of all the Caribbean resorts we go to, this has to be the cleanest. They are always busy keeping the location spotless. Ross the Butler is one of your BEST employees ever - very attentive and so friendly, a great ambassador for your property. Lazarus the Presidential Pool waiter did an awesome job. Rubenz the Premier Bartender did an excellent Tequila tasting. Kalimba, the other Premier bartender was also an excellent bartender. Alberto at the Bogavante lunch was so much fun and really loved his job. Miguel at the Bogavante dinner was a great waiter. Went over to the GR for an excellent dinner at Don Gus, and Feliciano was a joy as a waiter. It was always a pleasure to be greeted and seated by Ximena at Rosmarinus and then waited on by Marcos, Moises & Anayeli.

Home away from home in Paradise

We recently spent a week at GR caribe @ Solaris my husband and my 60th Birthday celebration with friends! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and the personalized service we received!! We are members at Solaris so we are very familiar with the amazing accommodations but were very pleased to see so many beautiful renovations made to the resort since our last visit!! I watched the sunrise every morning from our ocean view balcony then headed to the fully equipped gym where we met the best Fitness Coach and pool event host, Israel Aguilar. Such a knowledgeable, personable and fun loving guy!! Following the gym each morning, we enjoyed a fancy cappuccino every morning from the brand new coffee bar and deli. We then enjoyed delicious fresh omelettes and buffet from the best omelette maker in the world lol Following breakfast it was pool time every day!! There we met our girls, “ the sisters” Mayra and Lolita! They took such good care of us every day, making sure our cups were filled with delicious drinks and that we were very happy !!! We even “drank the Rainbow” one day and the sisters jumped right in and helped us make that happen! Loved our girls and miss them terribly! Not to mention, aqua aerobics and other fun pool games with Israel! Friday there was even a bubble party with the best female DJ and amazing dancers! Our evenings were filled with delicious dinners especially the new asian fusion restaurant, Veneto! Nice variety in restaurants and we really enjoyed our members only welcome party and gala event!! So much fun to be had! We ended most nights at the Members bars (smoked margaritas by Ruben and even a tequila tasting ), or the new sports bar which was another super cool addition to the resort! My husband and I also enjoyed a 50 minute massage.. can’t wait to do that again !! Also, I have to mention the housekeeping staff! absolutely amazing! When we arrived our bed was decorated for our birthday and they kept our room so nice every day!! We want to thank everyone at Solaris who helped us feel at home during our stay! Everyone in the members office was so helpful !! Special thanks to Daniel Marin for making it so easy to book our time there!! Our friends that we brought as guests loved it so much, they are members now too! There is so much more I could say but for now we really can’t wait to go back, hopefully this coming fall!!

Llouvany was a great host at our adult pool he kept the crowd entertained through out the session. He was full of energy. Great job to Him
